The items taken were not trash--they included sentimental and valuable belongings like bamboo wind chimes from my parents' anniversary trip to Hawaii, beautiful garden ornaments collected over many years, unique Volkswagen collectibles, and so much more. These were not only valuable but irreplaceable. I called Matt in good faith to ask for the items back, and he claimed he would look into it. After that, he completely ghosted us. This experience was heartbreaking for our family and incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this business to anyone, especially if you're trusting them around your property or personal belongings.

They handled all the aspects of communication with the City of LA Grading department and were on top of any issues that came up.
