Walked me through every step of the process that he would need to do to make a new key-less entry transceiver for my 2012 Ford Fusion. Even though there were some bumps in the road, which were no fault of All Hours, Mike got it taken care of, the right way, and I now have two key-less entry transceivers for my car. He has my business for life. Being open on Saturday is a huge bonus as well, as I was able to drop by to have something looked at before I headed to work. I accidentally locked myself out of my car--with the engine running and my spare key inside my bag INSIDE the car. My first instinct was to contact AAA, but my information card was also inside my bag inside the car, and I didn't want to deal with the frustration of getting the transfers until someone could call me back to confirm assistance. We took an old sugar chest to All Hours because its antique key had been locked inside. They were very helpful - tried every old key, took off the outside plate - tried everything but could not get it open. We left the sugar chest with them and they tried and tried, but could not get it open. When we went to pick it up, I asked what we owed and they said, "nothing". Despite all of the time they spent trying to open the chest, we paid nothing. They said that was because they hadn't been able to open it. I highly recommend All Hours Lock and Key. read more

My wife put a bike trailer on the back of my car, that we couldn't get off. Called All Hours Lock & Key on a Saturday afternoon. After talking to them, they were honest and told me they didn't know if they could help with this particular lock. I took it on myself and tried to drill the lock which actually made it worse. I called them back to see if they would come take a look. After working on the lock for over an hour, they were able to get the rack removed, and me back into my car. A man on Fredericksburg Rd who works at AHL&K helped me when I accidentally locked my keys in the car...with my dog inside. I think his name was John. He was incredibly helpful, incredibly friendly, and had my door open in just a few seconds flat. Very good work ethic and wonderful at his job.
