Santiago was great! My key blade broke from my key fob as I was going to get into to my car on a Sunday. Went online found out it was impossible to fix/get a new one without having to order a whole new key and fob from the dealership. I saw Lockout King on google and decided to give it try. I texted Santiago and sent him pics of my broken blade and fob. He said he couldn't fix it. However, he said he could make a whole new one for over $100 cheaper than the dealership! He also informed me he would come to my location and have whole new key/fob made within the next couple of hours, remind you this was on a Sunday! Can't say enough about Santiago and Lockout King. I contacted Lockout King via Yelp because of his good reviews. I was extremely happy I did. I have a Lincoln navigator and while attempting to program the remote start, I ended up turning my car key into a Mykey. The dealership offered to fix it for $300! I purchased a key online and Sebastian was able to work with me on a Saturday evening to cut and program it. The key I purchased was a dud but he had a key he was able to cut and program right on the spot. He was able to eliminate the Mykey restriction AND get me a spare key for less than half what the dealership wanted. Let me tell you, Santiago is AWESOME!!!! Normal person, easy to work with, prompt, hospitable, and truly a master of his trade (hard to find these days). Came today and programmed a second fob for my son's vehicle (only came with one) cut the emergency key, both expertly. Then I had an ask, and he was so gracious to do it, he should have charged me 3x what he did, but said "no" when I told him it should cost more. Making keys for the luggage rack on the same vehicle so I could get it off (I asked for one, he made me 2 kindly so I would have a spare, previous owner didn't include them). Five stars EZ! Santiago was very helpful. I was in the hospital and my husband had locked our keys in the car. I called around and I couldn't believe some of the prices I was hearing. Always shows up on time. I've had multiple keys made and car unlocks from this company and hes always on time and if hes running late or cant make it which rarely happens he ALWAYS calls me and lets me know or he reschedules. Hes fantastic at communicating with his customers and at what he does.
