Son was stranded with a broken key. Charles seemed nice and assured me they could fix the problem. Zach showed up a little early even. Made a new key, said he programmed it. Smoke started coming out of the steering column. Zach told my son he thought it was a wiring issue - that he had never had before. He took my son's payment of $200 and left. Mechanic came and looked at the care, says there's no wiring issue, appears the tech fried the security box with bad programming. Son tried to start the car, sure enough, security mode and the car won't start. He called Zach who said it's not his fault. He called Charles who said he would come that afternoon. Charles never showed. He called him again the next morning. Charles said he would come by at lunch time. At 3, called Charles again, said he was on his way. Charles never showed. A week later my son is still out $200, and the car won't start with the key they made. No one has called him back or tried to make this right. No one ever even came by like they said they would. Seems to me that this company isn't as great as the reviews I see. They took advantage of a kid who works hard so he can pay his bills an take care of his baby. These people are a joke and I would not recommend them to anyone.
