I have banked here for 20+ years with no problems. In the last 7 days I have had nothing but…read moreproblems. Last week I 'walked' into the main branch just to get a notarized signature. After waiting 45 minutes and being ignored I was told I could not be helped because I didn't have an appointment. I went to the UPS store and was taken care of right away but, had a $40. fee. July 9 I had an appt. with Brook to do a wire transfer to make a quick payoff on a loan. It was a $50K + amount and was hit with another $40 fee but was ok because I needed to make this payoff immediately as to not incur an interest fee. Well, it is 5 business days later and no payoff sent and when I called WF to see where my money was, I was told I'd have to make an appointment and come back into the bank. Guess what...I am now banking with Fidelity!

I had identity theft with this bank! Someone cleaned out my account! I let them know within time…read morelimits. They NEVER reimbursed me but closed account leaving all my deposits returned to sender and me without my money! Do not bank with them all for themselves not their customers.

I would cash a check from a local businees that banked with Regions with no fee before I opened an account. Now that I have an account it is not available until after midninght. I do not understand this at all. I called to speak to a manage. Her name was Michelle and she was not helpful and I will be closing my account tomorrow. It will be easier to just use the credit union and transfer money Walmart to Walmart. The only reason I gave a star is because I had to in order to write a review.
