I have banked here for 20+ years with no problems. In the last 7 days I have had nothing but…read moreproblems. Last week I 'walked' into the main branch just to get a notarized signature. After waiting 45 minutes and being ignored I was told I could not be helped because I didn't have an appointment. I went to the UPS store and was taken care of right away but, had a $40. fee. July 9 I had an appt. with Brook to do a wire transfer to make a quick payoff on a loan. It was a $50K + amount and was hit with another $40 fee but was ok because I needed to make this payoff immediately as to not incur an interest fee. Well, it is 5 business days later and no payoff sent and when I called WF to see where my money was, I was told I'd have to make an appointment and come back into the bank. Guess what...I am now banking with Fidelity!

I switched insurance companies for the vehicle on the loan. They charged me a 698$ fee for a 15 day lapse of coverage. Then they said send us the updated insurance info and we will reimburse the 698$. Sent all the info in and thought the matter was settled. 5 months later found out that they have been charging me 20$ a month late fees because the 698$ wasn't paid. I called they said that there wasn't anything they could do.
