I first encountered Tyler's exceptional service when he arrived to repair my AC on the 4th of July…read more I was prepared to wait given the holiday, but his commitment to resolving the issue immediately was impressive. After a thorough inspection, he provided a temporary recharge that kept the system running perfectly for nearly a year. When the unit recently began acting up again, Tyler honored the warranty and returned to troubleshoot. When the initial fix didn't hold, he returned a third time--at no additional charge--to perform a final diagnostic. He concluded that a replacement was necessary and provided a very fair, transparent quote. Having worked for a contractor in Marin for years, I have high standards for tradespeople; Tyler & Mikayla's integrity, professionalism, and dedication to customer service are unmatched. He is now my sole recommendation for HVAC work.

They gave me a straightforward,…read moreno-nonsense estimate, recommended the right equipment for my situation, and didn't try to upsell anything I didn't need. It was refreshingly professional. Scheduling was fast -- they were able to install my new heat pump in less than a week. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would, worked efficiently, and finished in the time frame they promised. No surprises, no drama. Because a heat pump behaves differently from my old gas heater, I wanted a few adjustments after living with it for a bit. Tyler came back out, listened to what I was experiencing, made the tweaks on the spot, and dialed everything in perfectly. Great communication, solid work, and excellent follow-through. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mountain House Mechanical again.

I called many furnace places and was told I'd probablly get it faster buying it online. Amazon's expedited shipping 3-5 days. The house was very cold. I decided to make one more call to Roberts Mechanical and Electrical Inc. Didn't know anything about them. A very kind women answered the phone and when I made my inquiry, she promptly connected me with Tom. Tom was concerned about my predicament and informed me that he was in his Santa Rosa office and offered to quickly call and see if his supplier could get one to me by the next day. He called back right away to inform me that he could get one to me the very next day, quoted a price and said that since he had to temporarily pull his crew out of Ukiah (due to the storm) to help in Sonoma County, I would have to drive to Cloverdale to pick it up at the technician's residence and would this be O.K? We agreed. He took down my name and address and said that he would send me an invoice. I am very, very happy. His technician called as promised, we picked up the part, and the house is warm. Wow! He didn't know who I was, but didn't even ask for money upfront. He went out of his way to rapidly take care of me. Frankly, this is truly 5 star service. I highly recommend this company.

They might be on time and clean up after they are finished but it's best to climb under and see what was really done I wonder how many satisfied clients have done that. They did insulation under our house for over$4000. Before they did their work the heating ducts that had been covered with fiberglass batt and a heavy vapor barrier but Sergio, their estimator, said we could do better. After their job these aluminium ducts were left exposed and lost all their heat before reaching the farthest vents- blowing ice cold air into the house. Our bills have skyrocketed. A heating repair service says that's not code. And where is our permit? Was it inspected? Looks like the permit didn't happen. Mr Kennedy said in the spring he'd have workers come out and cover those ducts. Haven't heard from him since. Looks like our only option is trying to go to court. But first we'd have to find him.
