I wanted to get estimates on removing a tree near my front door. So I reached out to about five…read morevendors. One quickly responded that I was outside of their service area. Others never responded or said they would go by and offer and estimate. One nursery I visited sent an estimator who ignored related landscaping requests and only gave an estimate on tree removal and cleanup ($1,300). They never provided the additional estimates requested and made excuses. Garcia's sent someone out within a couple of days of making contact. They said the removal cost would be $700, but offered a discount because it was early in the season ($550). I accepted the offer. I didn't hear back about scheduling the removal for a couple of weeks (they said because of rain delays they said). Soon after, the work was completed. No mess or scraps were left behind and they didn't even ask for payment until checking on my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Very professional and responsive.

Carlos took the time to explain what he was doing as he purged all of my sprinkler lines twice - once by manually opening each of the 18 valves and then by using the control panel.
