Tuesday February 8, 2022, the crew arrived and immediately went to work. They took down five trees from my backyard which was on a hill. Two of the trees were roots were emerging from the ground and in my eyes leaning, towering over my home as if any day, I would find the tree in my home. NOT!! The fall was a disaster, black walnut and leaves everywhere, but what was the most scary was it damaged one could cause damage to my neighbor's home. NOT !! So after a brief consultation two days prior, the crew in " HERO" mode. The work IS done extremely professionally and the clean up too. I never realized the labor I cutting down trees, especially huge ones, the cutting it up and carrying it to the truck. The work is not for the weak .... it takes alot of strength; strong arms and most important, you MUST know what you are doing. Just seeing them pulling down a tree with a rope tree, what can I say... never think the cost of tree removals are too much, because it is more than a saw involved. So, I am highly recommending this company and highly recommend them. No BS .... read more

Beware of Tree Top Landscaping! They are a local Bowie, MD company and I thought I'd get better service by choosing a local landscaper. Worst decision of my life. I paid for one year (10x) of mowing and also major landscaping at my house. They mowed my property only once in 11 months and would not come again even after repeated calls to them. They also tried to bill me thousands of dollars for landscaping work that was never started, but they said was completed. They are hands down the worst company I have ever contracted with for anything. Flat out lying is their calling card. Again, to reiterate, do not ever even think of using them for anything. You'll be sorely disappointed in yourself if you do. Shame on you Tree Top Landscaping. read more

Great company, cut down a few of my trees in a few hours and cleaned up my yard and were very professional!!

I hired this company to trim some limbs of a tree that was too close to my roof and chimney. They had been reliable in delivering firewood last season. They were very prompt in returning our call for service and showed up the very next day to trim the tree. They showed up on a Thursday when I had arranged for a Friday appointment, and they began work without letting my wife know, who was luckily home when they came. She was a bit startled to hear the work outside without anyone coming to the door to announce themselves. They took down a large limb without securing it's fall -- the very large limb crashed down onto my chimney -- causing damage to chimney cap, then as if fell, it cracked the siding and dented the gutter. When my wife went outside to see what the commotion was, they acted as if it was not a big deal. We have an infant child, so my wife couldn't really spend much time outside inspecting the work -- she took their word for it. I had asked them to leave the wood from the limbs for firewood, which they did, however, they left them scattered in my yard, not stacked with the firewood that I had previously purchased from them -- and many of the pieces were not cut down to fit into a fireplace. Here is where it gets worse -- I have made several attempts to call them about the situation. I have left messages that have gone unreturned. Where before the service, they were very quick to answer the phone or call back. The messages I have left are cordial, not irate, and I have not addressed the unsatisfactory job the was done with the messages left. I have simply asked for a return call. We had planned to bring them back for more tree trimming and to purchase more firewood prior to this job -- so I am guessing they know what they have done wrong and don't want to respond. It is a shame because I liked the guys I have dealt with. I understand that mistakes happen -- I am not trying to get a refund or make them liable for the damages they have done. I simply would like to speak with someone about the situation and come to some sort of agreement. They also left without leaving a receipt for service. read more

I have used Daniel and his crew many times for tree removal and tree trimming. They do a great job, clean up after themselves, and do not damage anything. I had them remove a 80ft tall tree out of my front yard right up against my house and they didn't as much as dent a gutter. They have come back many times for various projects and I would highly recommend them to everyone. Its pretty cool to watch them work too. read more

Do not trust TREE TOP Landscaping or its owner, Mr. Daniel Zeriselassie, in Bowie, MD. In May 2016 I contracted with them to remove trees and debris. They left debris in my neighbor's yard and he filed a claim against me for removal. Despite Mr. Zeriselassie's repeated assurances he would settle with the neighbor, I ended up with a $700 judgment against me, which TREE TOP will not cover. I also suffered an 80 point drop in my credit score because of the judgment. Find another company and individual who will live up to their word and contract. read more
