I'm just going to echo the mostly bad reviews of this company. It started out okay. I spoke with the owner, Ricky Thompson, Jr. over the phone and he continued to remark on how they only hire respectable people and kept reiterating it throughout the phone call (a little odd, if you are trustworthy, you usually don't have to keep repeating it) Angel, came out later the same day and what was an estimated $900 or something over the phone to clean out and abandon a small septic tank turned into over $3000 estimate with a "free" pump out. I wasn't thinking clearly, should have taken a pause and gotten a few other bids, but I live in a rural area and it's sometimes hard to get good people out here. I wrote a check out for the deposit adn made a mistake and wrote the check for the full amount of the job. That was my mistake and I called Ricky later to let him know what had happened and that I had written a check from a bank account that I was closing later this month so I knew the check was not going to clear for the full amount. My plan was to close out the account with this check and then write a check when the job was done from my new account. He encouraged me to just transfer money into my old account so the check would clear but I would have rather just written a new check but they had already mobile deposited my check. This was the same day when I realized what happened. Anyways I was going to do that and proceed but something about it just didn't sit right with me. The next day I sent an email stating that I was having second thoughts and did not want to proceed with the job. By then I had read alot of really bad reviews, not just a few and it they all seeme like truthful people taking the time to warn others. I looked up permitting for abandoning the tank and it's a $50 charge but he just says it's a free pump out and then charges you $690 for the permit. Just please itemize everything for customers, the bait and switch is such an old game. He said that Angel had been out to do the pump out and I questioned it because I never received photos or notice from Angel that he was coming on the property to do the work. Later after I questioned Ricky on the price and how quickly he was about to obtain a permit over Veteran's Day weekend (a document I have never seen) to do the job so fast, he did send me photos of the pump out. He was immediately defensive, send me a threatening text saying his lawyer would be in touch with me and that this was the third customer who he had to put a lien on their property (is that a you problem, Ricky?) I agreed to pay the cost of the pump out and my bounced check for $435 which is probably a rip off but I am honest and pay for work that gets done. He is a gaslighter, defensive and not a good business person. When you have this many bad reviews that are consisently sending the same message, the problem is not your customers. It may well have been the exact price from another company but the experience of working with this person was not positive. I would just find someone else. Beware of people that can take care of you so quickly and get permitting done in hours and days not weeks. It taught me a lesson which I already knew. Get 3 bids at least or look at reviews first. Well All in one Septic Ricky Thomspon Jr lost his license for one year only because he is supposed to pay some folks back the money he stole from us by not doing the job and taking a lifetime to do the job wrong. So he now is above the law riding around in his Corvette and living large. Well the Fat lady hasn't LAUGHED yet! I will get my money and help anyone else that got screwed! Beware of any Thompson that does septic tanks they'll either steal your money or not do the job right I've heard that they act like they're pumping their your tank and then pump it through your lines so please be careful don't be a fool like me and just give crooks $1800 that you didn't have now I'm sitting here with a septic tank full and no way to pump it. read more

Worst experience ever! Professionalism 0/10 Responsiveness 0/10 Value 1/10 Ricky (Alias Rick) has the absolute worse attitude. Anything you want to discuss with him and he'll respond in a rude manner and tell you that you're giving him a headache. Will have to run through his middleman, Angel. So many obstacles with these people. 1. It took a month to get the permit but during this time I had to keep reminding them and even had to reach out to the health department when they stopped answering my calls/text. The health department sent me my permit bc after all you're the property owner. 2. Then, they wanted to increase the price on a dosing tank and filter by several grand. But I had the receipt/invoice to refute this nonsense. 3 . They also wanted to charge me everything upfront but I refused until everything was on the ground. By this time it was over 2 months since their initial appearance. 4. They constantly made up dates on when they would show up and get the job done. They seemingly had car troubles but couldn't answer phone calls. 5. They made up another story that the inspection would happen right away and then they would close up. In reality it took another TWO weeks. I had to find the inspectors phone number, who was kind enough to inform me of the situation. We both had to wait until they returned from vacation so they could close up. By this time neighbors were complaining of the smell and I had to contact the health department again. In sum, I'm sure this job would have never been finished if I had not been proactive. Needlessly, they made up so many excuses when they answered my calls. Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Dishonest, thieves, and zero remorse for what they put their customers through. They took over 4 months to do my septic, and still didn't provide the truck loads of dirt that I paid for per my contract. They have their customers pay in full, and then ghost you until you are begging for them to complete so you can live in your house. Found one but they would not be able to come out till after weekend so I got a call from all in one sceptic told them I had some one that was coming out Monday he told me he could come out today And it would be 300 So I thought wow that's 50 cheaper then the 350 i was quoted from the other company so I agreed when they showed and was time to pay they told worker the charge 795 what was over double when I told him that isn't what was agreed to And i was not going to pay that Then they threating to put a lean on my house ... it got down to 350 witch I payed. And then contacted owner .I wanted my 50 that i paid over the quote. Found them through Angi, price was good and they told me that they could do service next day at 10am. I agreed and the window was 10am-12pm at 11:57am next day I called to see if they were still coming. The dispatcher told me that he would call and see where the tech Angel was at and call me right back, an hour later I tried to call him and voicemail was full. I did finally get a call stating Angel would arrive in about 25 mins. At 2:15pm Angel arrived and stated that he needed a tool that "someone must have taken off of his truck" He told us that he had to drive one hour round trip but would be back. THree hours later we tried calling again. No answer at all. Angel did manager to dig up part of our beautifully landscaped yard and destroy it before leaving to never return. DO NOT HIRE!!! They said we would have to pay again. They never came back. After many time texting with them. They called one time and they said they didn't forget about us and said they would be out on Friday. I am absolutely astonished at the complete negligence and disregard of All In One Septic's customer service. I called two nights ago with an emergency septic repair. I have a family of 6 at home and the pump went out, with the kids out of school and the adults working from home, to say it was an emergency is an understatement. Anyway, they didn't answer Thursday evening. Which they boast about 24/hour service but whatever, that's fine. Friday morning, we made contact with whomever answers @ 863-430-9469 who said that he'd send someone out in just a couple of hours. Okay, fine. That was 8:04am. Four hours go by, and again with 6 people in the home all day, the septic is a must have. We call and the gentleman who answers @ 863-430-9469 says to call this guy @ 863-510-9391 because that's who is coming to service our septic system and to check where he was. We get ahold of gentleman @ 863-510-9391 who says it would be between 2 and 4 before he can be here. Well, at this point, that sucks but it's an emergency so we wait Close to 2pm we call to verify he's still coming between 2 and 4 because we had to run an errand and needed to know when they'd be here, and the gentleman @ 863-510-9391 says he is running behind and would be here between 4:30 and 5. At this point, it's too late to call another company and have them out here during regular business hours and not have to pay after hours call out fees, so we wait. 5:30 rolls around and we call the service guy @ 863-510-9391 who doesn't answer his phone. No voicemail, nothing. Just ignores our multitude of attempts to call him. We call the first guy @ 863-430-9469 who says the guy was supposed to be here and that he would call to check the status and see where he's at and then call us right back. It's 7pm and needless to say, neither one of these jerks have called back. No show, no call to say hey we are busy we can't come no nothing. We called both numbers back YET AGAIN and neither one of them answer. No voicemail, no text, no call, no nothing. We call from a different number in our house, and the jerk @ 863-510-9391 picks up and says hello, but nothing else. Nothing. No call, no text, no apologies, no nothing. Completely ghosts us. The worst about all of this aside from it being an emergency, is that we have dealt with this company before and had GREAT service. In fact we have a review on here from a year ago. Whatever they changed in the last year is absolutely pathetic. I come to leave this review and notice another review from a month ago that this company treated another customer the same way. This is my bad for not reading the reviews from last month. How dare you jerks run your business like this. I will be leaving this review here and every other social media outlet. They installed a new septic tank and a new drainfield. The ground now is too rough to sow and mow grass, looks like a wanna-be equipment operator did the backfill. Tried to call, no answer always goes to voice mail, never return calls. The project was finished on 1/13/22 $15820. read more

For 3 and half months we waited on a permit to be completed that was never done. In the time period we had several pumps that was included in our down payment. When we contacted the county it was never done. It was also noted this company does this often so that when the home owner changes companies they loose their deposit. This company does not return calls. They also leaked oil on our driveway and after 3 weeks of it sitting there they tried to clean it and made it worse.. They tell you they are coming and never show. Their business phone is not connected to voice mail. Your option is to text or email. This is definitely a scam. Their initial contract is horrible. After moving forward with a reputable company we learned how much more they did not do in regards with the permit that is county regulated. I've read in other reviews they don't show records of permits.. That indicates they don't do it which is illegal and they are charging the homeowner 600 dollars to pull it.. We lost half our money in the pumps they did. They created an agreement to pay us back some of the money. They never did until we were ready to contact a lawyer. Its odd because they can make more money doing the full job but in our case as well as other reviews they take half your money in cash or check up front, delay the permits in hopes of collecting and keeping your money out of the pumps they do while your waiting for three months. We hired this company about a year and half ago, and had significant problems from the start. The county failed them on inspection a couple of times and they delayed a very long time in coming back to fix the problem. I am writing this review now, because after this long we are still having flooding issues in our yard. I tried calling them to have it fixed, but they have blocked my number. I have tried emailing but get no response. I have even tried calling from other phone numbers but they do not answer and their voicemail is full. I was able to leave one voicemail a couple of days ago, and they have not returned that call. The owner also threatened to not honor the 10-year warranty that they brag about all over the internet. I paid about $13,000 for the septic system, and am writing this review in hopes that they actually come fix the problem that is within the time period they promise to honor. read more

Horrible experience! Someone was supposed to arrive at 4:00pm, no one showed. At 5:00 they called and stated they were on the way. 2 hours later, still no show. At 7:00 they called again and again stated they were on the way. Almost 2 more hours later at nearly 9:00 pm they finally arrived at our house. They then wanted more money from us and refused to discount the rate for being 5 hours late! Terrible customer service! So I'll start by saying this company really lacks professionalism. I called them on Tuesday to come out an clear out my septic tank, I made it very clear that I was taking the day off from work to be there on Friday and he told me they would between 12-2. By 2 pm I hadn't heard from them so I called and texted to no avail. Now at 4pm I called and it went straight to VM, needless to say I took the day off for nothing. The next day I called from my office number and no answer but I did not leave a VM. 2 Minutes later I get a call back and I asked what happened yesterday you did not even call me back to say you were not coming an his reply was no-one showed? I said I wouldn't be calling if someone did and he asked are you home now? I said No I'm at work and the next thing I know the call went dead and I never heard from them again!
