I wanted to get the tank pumped and figured I would pay for an inspection to make sure everything is OK. So naturally I reach out to the people who installed it. The crew shows up an hour late. The first thing they say is "how bad the system is set up", "why was it done this way", and "I would have never done it this way". (Reassuring considering this is the same company that did install this system.) Instead of opening the exposed and accessible septic cover, they proceed to literally dig up, as in covered in dirt and grass, the abandoned tank and start pumping it. After scratching their heads for some time they figure out that they are pumping the abandoned tank and start taking a look at the active system. Poke around at it for a few minutes and proceed to tell me "I don't really know what's going on here. We pumped the abandoned tank half way and stopped because it can pop out of the ground if we pump all the way out. I'm going to go back to the office and try to get more information and then have someone call you with info. I also am going to try and not fully charge you for the pumping as we didn't pump your active tank." I pay them by check for the full amount assuming this will still be completed. Service was the 5th, I had not heard anything by the 18th so I called and was told "the person that needed to go over the report was on a job and would take a look at it first thing". Next day another call that the person that need to look at it got busy and will look at it by end of week. Weekend comes and goes and still having heard nothing, on the 24th I emailed that I had no confidence in this company and would like a refund. Magically I am emailed a report that says everything is all good. I receive a call where I am told "The owner was actually on vacation since the new year and only just returned to look at the report". So at no point was anyone actually going to be reviewing this report as I was told. I'm also told "Everything was completed correctly during the inspection and everything is fine". They want to send the tech out again to "check the levels again". I let them know I did not wish the person to return due to the conflicting info and "The report is useless to me since I don't trust the information on it. At this point I would prefer a refund because I cannot trust the company." They have stopped responding.

It failed and the homeowner contracted them to it replaced. On the written contract it stated that we were entitled to one free pump out in out in the future because we had already payed another company to do the pump out with the first inspection That failed. Called the office to schedule and explained the situation and she continually told me she wasn't honoring the one free pump out. She didn't care what the contract said or who signed did she wasn't honoring it. She continued to say that was at the time the septic was being replaced not for later. I continued to explain over and over the septic didn't need pumped it had been pumped a week earlier. We explained that to the technicians at the time we hired them, hence the reason for the future free pump out. Still consistently argued with me and basically told me "she didn't care what the contract said, who wrote that, or what was said she wasn't honoring it. TERRIBLE business practice and customer service.

All we wanted was a maintenance call for what we thought was a full tank. Husband has called at least three or four times M-F during business hours and left messages, some labeled urgent and still --- nothing. If you want someone who will call you back or have a person answer the phone who can assist you with scheduling or relaying information either way, find another company. I'm not sure if it's the answering service that is the problem, or if it's the company itself that is the problem, but not being able to contact someone at all in a week's time is unacceptable. We called another company who said we have a different issue (not a full tank) which SHOULD be covered by our installers.....too bad we can't get them on the phone or in person. I asked the plumber who was doing major work for me to recommend a company and this is who he recommended. When I called to schedule an appointment Hugh said he would come out to the appointment and explain the septic system and the dos & don't since it was all new to us. We had lots of questions Hugh took the time to answer them along with his worker showing us what was being done and what to look for no matter who we hired to pump out the tank. The price is what he quoted over the phone and he didn't try to sell us on anything else. Would highly recommend this company.
