Picks up the phone intermittently and hangs up in a few seconds citing he's busy or washed out with rain (whatever that means). Not sending me my deposit back. Filed a complaint with the NH Consumer Protection Bureau. I have his full name and car plates from my house camera. Will go down to the Conway Police Department next to inquire my options for filing a civil / criminal complaint. I'm not big on online reviewing but didn't want to miss out on sharing my experience. There are better and professional contractors out there in the valley. Avoid Joe!
