The shut off valve in our condo was leaking. Called First Response, left a voice mail, and the call was returned in less than 5 minutes. Frank and Mark showed up that afternoon. The water needed to be turned off by an outside contractor. He arranged that and returned the next day when we could get the water off. Once that was done it was a short time, working in a very convined space, that the valve had been replaced. Both gentlemen were very professional and supplied me with some additional information about possible other issues that might arise. Frank replaced the faucet in the bathroom sink that had been dripping into the cabinet. He called when he thought he'd be a few minutes late. Once he determined that the faucet would have to be replaced, he suggested I go to the hardware store to find one that was less expensive than what he had available in the van. We were referred to First Response through Home Depot when other plumbers in the area were non-responsive. I was very impressed with the work First Response did for us. We have an awkward drain for our washer, as it's in the basement and has to drain up, and they were able to connect and have it running in a short time. I was also impressed that the owner's son is learning the business, and his dad was teaching him as they did the job. Very professional and very nice work!
