From the second you walk in the front door you are greeted by the lovely ladies offering to point you in the right direction. As I was looking for fabrics/panels/patterns that were unique to the area, and that I knew I could not get from home, I was looking at their selection of outdoor/wildlife panels. When the staff realized I was overwhelmed by the rows and rows of fabric choices, they brought out their "panel book" which had pictures of all their stock. organized by category- such a great idea! As I wandered through the store, picking up things along the way, the staff made sure to bring my choices back to a "waiting area" table with a "Still Shopping" sign on top so I did not have to carry everything with me and there was no rush or pressure to finish my shopping. I truly appreciated this! I noticed there was a large room in the back that was set up for classes, which I am sure are very popular. With so many craft & fabric stores going out of business or selling out to big-box stores where you lose the customer service, it was so nice to visit a store that still understands what their customers want!

She has a great inventory with beautiful fabrics of every hue lining the walls, with some beautiful batiks and themed materials for babies etc. There's jelly rolls and quarters, patterns and great room in the back where she gives weekly classes on Tuesday night. She also has a big, beautiful long arm on site. Lots to offer for a small town. So worth the drive. Melissa is super helpful and I'm so happy to support a female sole proprietor over some faceless Walmart fabric! Cannot wait to get a class, especially after she pitched me a free charm packs!

They will not clean it as a normal service would include and will over-oil the entire thing. I called them out in their misrepresentation and they called me to "threaten me that if I left this review that they would post their store video of me" which "paints me in a very poor light", when in fact, I am calling the repair tech out on his bul_shit. Beware, see photos. The tech was supposed to service my older machine, which was working just fine when I took it in for a basic service/cleaning, with the exception of the needle lever.

The prices are very reasonable, the location (the old building) is absolutely perfect for an antique store. The selection is great and there is so many places to browse in here.
