The cleaning turned out to be more work than expected (I likely hadn't fully conveyed the condition of some harder-to-reach areas in the "before" pictures). But the owner, Patricia, promptly texted me to let me know it would take longer and therefore cost closer to the higher end of the quoted range. She even offered to skip a few rooms in the basement if I preferred to stay more within budget. Her flexibility, professionalism, and understanding really impressed me! They've installed a self-service kiosk so employees don't have to help you, even when you're the only customer there. Two employees stood around, refused to assist me, and instead directed me to the kiosk. Meanwhile, they blasted explicit music from Spotify filled with offensive language. One employee even asked for it to be turned off, and the other refused. On another visit, the kiosk wasn't working, and when I got back in line, the employee shouted at everyone to use it because it was closing time. When I explained the kiosk wasn't functioning, he became visibly irritated and rude. They also locked the doors five minutes before closing, leaving several customers outside who had arrived well before 4 PM. When we let them in, the staff screamed that they were closed and tried to kick them out -- until the rest of us spoke up. This place is a disgrace. It's not just bad customer service -- it's hostile, lazy, and completely disrespectful to the community.
