Absolutely terrible location. This post office has become the definition of unprofessional. They've installed a self-service kiosk so employees don't have to help you, even when you're the only customer there. Two employees stood around, refused to assist me, and instead directed me to the kiosk. Meanwhile, they blasted explicit music from Spotify filled with offensive language. One employee even asked for it to be turned off, and the other refused. On another visit, the kiosk wasn't working, and when I got back in line, the employee shouted at everyone to use it because it was closing time. When I explained the kiosk wasn't functioning, he became visibly irritated and rude. They also locked the doors five minutes before closing, leaving several customers outside who had arrived well before 4 PM. When we let them in, the staff screamed that they were closed and tried to kick them out -- until the rest of us spoke up. This place is a disgrace. Awful customer service, rude and unhelpful. My mom went in to fax one page. They wanted to charge her $8 to fax one piece of paper. When she declined they got very nasty with her. She is 76 years old. I am all about supporting local businesses...but shame on you and whatever staff was working. Miss the old owner, he was always top notch. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

Today I visited the UPS Store in Congers, NY to print out some copies of my resume. I've done this numerous times in numerous UPS stores (including this one), and for some reason today they couldn't open my file because it ended in "doc"... they told me they had never seen a file that ended in "doc" and I needed to convert it to a PDF. I've printed the exact same file at this store before and had no problems. To make matters worse, the guy helping me called his boss for help... I heard him say to his boss "so we can't print her file", and then proceed to chit chat on the phone for 5 more minutes before deciding to actually speak with me and inform me of the issue. It's 2017... what printing store hasn't seen a file that ends in "doc"???? The UPS Store in Congers is a disaster. Literally go anywhere else in the world for your printing needs. Also, someone threw a full bottle of water at my boyfriend's car in the parking lot. read more

I always have a positive experience in the Congers UPS store. Helpful, speedy, knowledgeable and friendly.

I called up the store this afternoon and I spoke to a customer service worker who was very helpful and she told me that she would be able to assist me with all my needs. When I arrived at the location a male worker was able to accomplish the 3 services that I needed (faxing, creating a PDF and placing it on a thumb drive (which I provided) and e-mailing the PDF) in less than 5 minutes. He was attentive to my needs and extremely helpful. The price was very reasonable too! read more

Every time I come here to ship a package everyone is so nice and helpful. They make it so easy to get anything shipped.

2nd time in the store leaving unsatisfied. No drop off box when you have something all labeled and ready to go. UPS Corp shouldn't even list them as a designated drop off point. read more

This store is under new ownership and is the BEST. The manager Scott is great, he's very knowledable and made everything super easy for me.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in any store ever. I went in to have a package packed and shipped overnight to someone. I paid the $ and was Told because they were so close- NYC, they would receive it the very next day. The next day, I heard from the person waiting for the package that it did not come. He called Ups and he was told it was being send back to the store. The address and name was correct and VERIFIED . I then went back to the store to inquiry and asked For a refund since the package never arrived where it should have in the timeframe I paid for. That seemed like a reasonable request to me. The manager, Scott G was extremely rude. He started to assist me and then took the customer behind me. He then called UPs and was told the same thing that the addressee was told, the package was being returned. I had screen shots of the shipping label and my receipt and everything was dated and time stamped including my receipt. He told me I would not be refunded he called me obnoxious. Mind you, he said these things in front of other customers and employees. He berated me. I have never experienced such deplorable customer service in my life! Needless to say, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, UPs corporate as well as the owner of this store. This never happened with the last owners (who we all miss terribly) and this individual (Scott G) doesn't belong in customer services of any kind or even around other people for that matter. Never use this store! UPS in New city, Nanuet and Fed Ex will be getting me ALL of my business for the future. read more
