"We can fix anything" the sign said. Turns out, Glenn absolutely can! This was a huge job with not one simple break but potentially many more. I know!. They showed me, and consulted me every step of the way Cautionary tale: don't expect great CL bargains in north Jersey! Duh! I did consider junking the car at one point. But as they say: "Save the Manuals!" So, after some of Glenn's spectacular brake line artistry, I have been back on the road reliably for four months now. This wasn't cheap but some less skilled mechanics could easily have charged much more for a shoddy job. The symmetry of the lines he ran is a thing of beauty and he didn't really have to disturb nearly as much as I feared. Gotta give credit where credit is due! Stellar job, guys! I scheduled a major repair and they got me an Uber but when I called to check on the progress, I was told it's an 8-hour service! Later I was told it was still in progress and wouldn't be ready till after 5, plus they forgot to charge me for additional parts! Considering I chose the shop b/c of the discount on my bill, this was a very expensive visit! My car was returned to me (good service) at 7:15pm. I dropped it off before 8am!

As a result my SUV was held hostage until the bank cleared the hold which is 24 hours. This made me have to keep my rental car an extra day which costs me more money. Infact I will share this review with all the local groups I'm a member of. Anyone that asks me about them will get the same review. I could have included more reasons why I would not recommend them but that type of Service is absolutely unacceptable and them telling me "sorry" sarcastically isn't a remedy. They are a sorry excuse of a business. This business accrued unnecessary costs on myself and my insurance company. They should drop them as a preferred servicer.
