The driver showed up earlier than expected. He was very considerate. He even called when he dropped the car at the body shop.

Ask AAA to send another company to tow you. They towed our van from our house to the mechanic to fix a fuel pump. They damaged our transmission pan. We called AAA to help us, and A&R Towing came to take us to the shop. When the mechanic arrived the next morning to begin repairs, they found fluid on the ground. They took pictures of the driveway and the parking lot and the pan, but to no avail. Because of their negligence, they added another $300 + in repairs. Since I make 850$ a month, this is a very difficult expense for me. They refuse to admit they did the damage. AAA also refuses to help us. This is terrible. read more

Territorial yes but it was worth it to work someone else more reputable and did not rip me off in tolls. Ez pass said for a class 5 my rolls should not have been 20 dollars and they tried to charge me 60! Plus they always get their next tolls in the area, they are using tolls to overprice customers and cheat! Don't trust them or this company. Terrible towing company for triple a customers. Be smart when you hear their name and pass on them. Your call will re route to the que and you will get a reputable company. They tried to charge me $42 in tolls plus tip for the driver when I called Ez pass myself and they told me it's $20 in tolls for both ways for a class 5 vehicle. They will rip you off. Don't use. Complain to triple A. That's all they service. They cannot get real customers. They are thieves. Stay away. They had to take down their google page, they are so bad! read more

I bought some rims and tires off of Kyle (to which I asked him to confirm if there was any damage, he replied "no damage) and when I got them home I noticed that one of the rims was damaged. When I called him he said that he would take them back, but he wanted to see pictures. I sent pictures that clearly show the damage and he refused to take them back. Don't trust these guys, any decent person would have taken them back. read more

I would give this place 0 stars. most unprofessional towing company i've ever dealt with. They broke a 400$ vehicle speed sensor on my car when they IMPROPERLY hooked up my vehicle to a tow dolly, and tried just pushing it aside saying it was "wear and tear". I later showed up to the company at noon on a tuesday to find the gates open and absolutely no one there. When finally confronting owner he said he's not doing anything about it and did not make that statement when i have it in writing in front my face. 0 customer service, 0 care for your vehicle. I will be taking legal actions against them and advise you to not let this company handle your vehicle. read more

I called AAA for a tow and Arthur M. from A&R Towing responded. In hindsight, I'm so, so lucky he did. My car wasn't in a dangerous place, but it was very tricky to get on the truck and tow because the wheels wouldn't roll. After going through all the standard procedures unsuccessfully, Arthur could have given up, but he didn't. He got creative (and sweaty, and tired) and didn't give up until the car was loaded and safely at a repair shop. The whole process took several hours (no fault of his) and he never stopped smiling. Would definitely recommend these guys with service like Arthur's. I'm pretty sure my car would still be stuck if another company had responded. read more

Left us Stranded!!! Driver was ordered by dispatch to leave us stranded at the repair place even though we have AAA and they are suppose to take us to our house. The driver also did not take off his gloves while inside the car and left stains on the seat and door. read more

Got up to a flat tire this morning (happy Monday!) and Brandon from A&R showed up for AAA within 20 minutes of me placing the call. He was super nice, very polite, and got the job done easily and quickly. I have a Volkswagen, so needless to say there were some oddities about changing the tires, and the guys who put tires on my car recently apparently broke one of the lug nut covers. He handled it all in stride, showed me what he was doing and how to do it all in case I was ever stuck somewhere... Thanks so much! This should be a 0 star. My basic tire change resulted in a $500 bill. Very unprofessional & lack of job knowledge. They came to my house, did not announce themselves and opened my car without my knowledge. My car was jacked up by the rear bumper & misuse of an impact wrench damaged my hub, which needed replacement. They totally denied any responsibility. read more
