I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. They will reliably find everything that is not perfect with your vehicle and make a recommendation to fix it, and they are VERY EXPENSIVE! They recently quoted me $400 for a repair, that I ultimately got done by an excellent independent mechanic for $100. Same part. Same repair. just no Starbucks. Furthermore, I don't want to unfairly criticize the mechanics that work at patriot Chevrolet, but they performed work on my vehicle previously, yet somehow I had to come back and have more work done on the same system a short month later. Both estimates, if I had followed all of their recommendations, were thousands of dollars. I don't know Patriot Chevrolet's business model, but I had a relative who managed the repair department of a similar operation, and they told me "service" is designed to cover the nut for the entire business.
