And waited. At 2:15 pm, I got an alert on my phone saying that my appointment had been rescheduled to 2:30 pm. No one said this to me verbally, they just rescheduled the appointment on their computer from 4 feet away. I asked them what was going on and they got annoyed. They asked impatiently if I needed to leave the salon by a certain time. I told them yes, that I needed to leave by 2:45 pm. "No problem," they said, "You'll definitely be out by then. 2:30 pm came and went, and finally at 2:45 pm I got up to leave. "I have to go," I told the front desk person. "Okay," she said, "Bye then." They wasted 45 minutes of my time and never apologized. Anywhere is better than here.

They clearly explained their new protocol and every staff member was very patient with the guests! My wax specialist was Emily. She was so personable and is evidently a very skillful aesthetician! At EWC, they use hard wax exclusively which is significantly less painful and irritating than the type of wax you find at nail salons. I am SO happy with my eyebrows! It's been 3 long months without a wax and I left Emily's lounge feeling like a brand new woman! I will definitely be going again and requesting her.

I had called earlier and they assured me they would be able to soak my nails off. Unfortunately when I got into the location, the owner tried to talk me out of soaking my nails off. When he finally agreed to proceed with the service and have them soaked off, the employee he put me with proceeded to physically rip my nails off of my hands. Instead of soaking my nails acetone, this man took a nail tip, proceeded to wedge it between my acrylic and nail bed then used as swiping/ sawing motion until the acrylics ripped off of my nail bed. All well, this was happening, I while this was happening I kept stating that my nails were supposed to be soaked off. I'm absolutely livid. My nails are completely destroyed. I would never recommend this place. Please save yourself and your nails and do not visit this location.
