The owner of the other salon was not responsive to the pain I was experiencing and focused instead on the fact that I was also unhappy with the aesthetics of my lashes. Despite requesting a lash removal ASAP due to the pain, the soonest the other salon would see me was 1pm. Kelly came to my rescue immediately!! I had an appointment at her salon within 10 minutes of my very emotional phone call. She and Sienna spent more than 3 hours carefully removing the lashes, which were completely stuck together at the base, attached too low on my natural lashes and to the skin under my eyelid. Each time I blinked, I would experience extremely painful pulling, poking, and burning sensation in my eyes. They were so incredibly sweet and gentle during the appointment. The teamwork and professionalism that the entire Prodigo team demonstrated during this appointment was incredible! I am so grateful for everything they did for me and will happily give them my business from now on!!!

I've waited to write this review because I wanted to ensure I had all the facts straight and took…read morethe time to carefully consider my words. After years of frustration and disappointment, I feel compelled to share my experience. I had been a client of Kelly's for over four years, trusting her with my eyebrows--a decision I deeply regret. Throughout my time with her, Kelly repeatedly had me in for unnecessary touch-ups when I wasn't pleased with the outcome of my eyebrows. Rather than guiding me through the natural healing process or explaining what to expect with my brows, she would have me come in under the pretense of needing further work, even going so far as to pretend to microblade my eyebrows. She charged me for these unnecessary sessions. At first, I had my suspicions, but it wasn't until another staff member privately informed me of what was really happening that my fears were confirmed. Shockingly, Kelly had disclosed to this staff member that she was charging me for work she wasn't doing, while also gossiping about personal stories I had shared with her during our sessions--stories I had trusted her to keep confidential. It's clear now that she saw me as an easy target, knowing I was a loyal client who tipped generously. Instead of valuing me as a client, she took full advantage, treating me like a walking ATM. Kelly's business relies on word of mouth because her work wouldn't hold up to scrutiny on social media. She avoids posting any healed or "after" photos of her tattoos, likely because the flaws in her technique would be obvious. Fast forward to today, and I'm left with devastating results. My eyebrows are discolored--an unnatural mix of salmon and gray. A doctor has informed me that the salmon color may never fully fade from my skin. I've already spent hundreds of dollars on painful manual removal procedures, which have left me with scar tissue because Kelly's work was too deep. Now, I have no choice but to explore laser removal options with a dermatologist, as the manual approach isn't resolving the issue. Kelly uses an outdated microblading method that has caused me significant, permanent damage. When I first started seeing her, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I can only hope that sharing my experience will warn others about the risks involved with choosing Kelly for their eyebrow needs. Please think twice before trusting her with something as important as your face.

Sophia was amazing! I finally booked a spa pampering day, over a year past the Mother's Day I got a gift card from my husband. I planned my day off work and meticulously researched the people I wanted and timed my appointments. This is a big feat considering we have a toddler and no time!! I arrived today to start my much-anticipated day to Ambyr who did quite a good job on my gold gel manicure, except for the hasty massage and her sour attitude. She seemed almost put off I was there and was not warm or kind to say the least. But the manicure was good. Then I had the most amazing signature massage with Cristin who was absolutely phenomenal. She blew me away. I was then supposed to have a luxurious 30 minutes between that and my 1-hour facial with Sophia where I wanted to read and relax, but instead I was whisked straight to the next room with someone who was NOT Sophia who gave me an under-hour, sub-par facial with NO steam (much to my dismay), and I left underwhelmed and with remnants of facial mask all over my face and neck (thank goodness I went to the bathroom after and happened to see this so I could wipe it all off!) I was never given the courtesy of a notice that my aesthetician or facial time had changed so this was a total surprise - this left a very bad taste in my mouth. Instead of leaving zenned out and happy, I was flustered and annoyed. I'd go back just for Cristin but the overall experience was not one I would want to repeat so I'm not sure I'll be back. :(

I'm really grateful to have discovered Skippack Massage and CC! I had been overdue for a massage…read moreand decided to call ahead before stopping in. Even though I didn't make a set appointment, they were very welcoming and happy to accommodate me when I arrived. CC was professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled. The space is clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the privacy of having my own room. While it may not be a luxury spa, it actually offers a more personal and relaxed experience than some places I've visited in Los Angeles where massages are done in open rooms with multiple people. The price is very reasonable -- about $50 for 30 minutes -- and the value is excellent. CC really works deeply and effectively, and I left feeling significantly better. It was one of the most effective 30-minute massages I've had, and it made a real difference in how I felt afterward. I also want to mention that some of the other reviews seemed unfair and speculative about the business. My experience was simply a professional, effective massage in a clean and private space. There are other professional offices in the same location, including a counseling center, so it's important that reviews stay respectful and focus on actual experiences. Lastly, getting a massage is one of the best things you can do for your body. It helps release tension and supports recovery, especially if you're working out or focusing on your health. If you're setting fitness or wellness goals this year, adding regular massages can really help your body heal!
