The rooms are private with open ceilings and overhead lighting that can not be turned off. My masseuse was female. I don't know her name as there wasn't much talking. The massage was ok but not the best. It felt like 20 minutes in when I asked if they used lotion or if everything was done over a towel. I was told not yet. It's coming. The lotion portion was much shorter than the dry portion and I did not like that. I've had great massages at places just like this, where the masseuses know exactly where your pressure points are, this person did not. It was still relaxing but if I did return I would ask for another masseuse.

While I was lying on the table, the masseuse suddenly climbed up onto the board and began walking across my body while holding onto the ceiling for balance. She applied pressure using her feet while pushing upward against the ceiling. When she reached the center of my back, she actually jumped on my back three separate times. It didn't stop there. When she moved toward my arm, her bare foot went directly into my hand. At that moment I was extremely uncomfortable and just wanted the entire experience to be over. The next morning I woke up with my back covered in bruises. A massage should never leave someone feeling injured and shaken like this. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe or relaxing spa experience.
