I used to be a WellPass member and it's still a bit wonky trying to book online, plus it seems that there are fewer female massage therapists now and that is what I prefer. I was able to book with Daija and when I met her, I was already at ease and glad my appointment was with her. She was very friendly, had an easy-going vibe and really seemed to listen when I explained any requests I had for the session. Unlike the previous massage therapist I had who was allergic to essential oils, Daija seemed all in for the add ons. The hot stones, hot towels, and aromatic oils made the experience that much better. The lighter touch (no deep tissue) relaxation massage was just what I needed. She had me relaxed and feeling better in no time. I keep a list of who I would return to in the future. Daija is number one on the list now. Front desk staff is also very professional and accommodating. The waiting lounge is relaxing and beautiful.

The appointment alone was strange and unprofessional, post appointment we could barely get a response to questions and when I never received a follow up contact for our first in office visit as promised in our plan I finally called. I was told to pay the next appointment $$ and was pushed forward 2 months. The only thing they were attentive to was processing payments and selling supplements at inflated prices compared to what they could be purchased for online. I was taken in that area for sure. Another issue was with paperwork. We were told we had to file insurance on our own, understandably, yet never received documentation to do so after 4 requests. I still have not received what I need, just a few excuses through email saying they'll get it out soon. Our first visit was Nov 2018 BTW. So strange. Thank goodness we have found a much more professional practice that can help my daughter, meet face to face, and offer true functional medical services as advertised.
