They had to bring someone back for break to accommodate us which was quite awkward. Also they are not very prudent and tend to talk about that client in-front of you which if they don't know you speak their language they are very comfortable doing. Fortunately this led us to Gold Medal, the next one on the list. Scheduling was VERY fast and easy, my daughter was seen the next day after I spoke to them. That night they scheduled us out for the next 8 weeks. Her therapists have been wonderful and the office staff is super friendly and welcoming.
