They arrived early and set-up quickly. The camera and props were amazing! They even made sure to bring photo props that match my party's theme! The photos were crystal clear!!!!! Every single photo came out amazing! They printed them right there and you were also able to put in your photo number and have them texted right to your phone!! As they were printing, the Elibert's walked around and handed out the photos. They are such fun and amazing people!!!!! The next day, all of the photos from the booth and camera were emailed to me. Towards the end of the night things escalated when my wife made a final request and I attempted to intervene to help her get one of her favorite songs played... which should not be so difficult on her wedding night?? The result was I ended up in a screaming match with the MC as he attempted to refuse the song. This song had no vulgarities or anything else about it that could be seen as offensive. The level of disrespect was unbelievable. Shortly after the altercation, the party came to an abrupt end and everybody filed out. If you are having an event that is important to you, stay clear of this business.

I had never received a balloon arrangement before, and you can really tell they took their time to make it perfect. Yessia took it upon herself to have a conversation with the bride on her day to have this conversation with the bride . I took a picture of her name tag which upset her. I requested a manager a short Spanish lady told me that it's against NYS laws to give to go trays . $150 dollar meal that was paid for was left on the table that I hadn't touched . Yessia who is a Karen spewed a lie stated to the bride unbeknown to me that I said I would punch her in the face and she was calling the police. All over a to go tray and because I took a picture of her name tag. The rudeness and unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. Please beware of this place .
