I paid for 3 two hour lessons for my son to learn how to drive and they did not teach him how to drive. The instructor dropped him off 20 minutes early for 2 of the lessons and 30 minutes early for 1 of the lessons. He was NOT taught how to parallel park and the reason was because "he was too nervous". Lori, the owner, told me that they encourage small wins instead of actually teaching their students how to drive. Terrible driving school. Would not recommend. read more

If it was possible to give negative stars i would. They start out so nice and seem like a great place to be. I paid half up front the other half due at the second lesson. I didn't remember her telling me it had to be in cash, so she sent me an email saying she tried to call me. My number was put in wrong, so i sent an email back saying i was at work, can i please have whichever number you need me to call to make the payment, also sent my correct phone number. No response. She did have my son's correct number they could have called. That was on a Friday. Sunday comes i get an email saying his Monday lesson was cancelled. I sent an email, telling her i had the cash and would give it to them when they came. She told me when it was paid my son would be rescheduled and oh by the way we are scheduling into end of April. She was very rude with me the whole time, told me to stop messaging them, that when i paid it she would schedule him. (But over a month away) I contacted another school, to go there. She then refused to give me my son's birth certificate saying she can hold it until i pay everything in full. When i tried to explain my emails were not answered on Friday, she said "Google it's a wonderful concept" telling me i could have found the number there. I asked about what specific number she wanted me to call because i had multiple different numbers i was contacted from, and being at work didn't have time to call them all. All in all Lori is the most rude person I ever had to deal with, which is sad because she started out so sweet and i had high hopes. Only positive is my son said his instructor was very nice and he liked him, but that's no way for an owner of a company to talk to someone. Picture below is only part of how nasty she was. Very very unprofessional and bad service Lori, the owner is very rude , unprofessional and refuses to answer basic questions like where to meet the driver for lessons , on asking she replied " Can't you google it , it is in Whole Foods complex on 73 " Messaged me atleast 10 times to reschedule 1st class for my daughter and when I asked her gently if driver will be the same for all 3 classes , she cancelled the entire contract for us . Very rude , very unprofessional Will not recommend to anyone Please stay away from this business At our very first visit itself , spoke rudely . Gave us a very hard time when we went to pick up my daughter's passport . I can go on and on - if there was a negative star I would give them that . We were very polite throughout but I regret so much that we went here but so happy that our association was short . When we wanted to collect our daughter documents they blocked our number - please stay away from this mess . This is my honest recommendation! There are many other nice driving schools - look elsewhere Hope this review is helpful and will save you future frustration . Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Very unprofessional!!! I expected to go to a driving school to LEARN how to drive, not to be yelled at for not knowing how to drive. Disgusting behavior from the owner. No cameras in the car so what happens, happens. I got yelled at for hitting the curb by Tom, one of the Trainee instructors. He said "What the hell are you doing? Do you not know how to drive? I can teach a 10 year old and they'll be able to drive better than you!" He also grabbed my hands off the steering wheel which literally was disgusting. After his tantrum he took a picture of the tire, I remember seeing the tire. It had yellow paint on it from the curb because it was raining earlier. Lori over the phone, lied saying I was swerving through the neighborhood and that's how I hit the curb. We were not in the neighborhood, we were in a parking lot. We hit the curb because I was turning left and braked because this idiot jerked the steering wheel to the right to "straighten out the steering wheel". Lori also did not call me back when I asked for new instructor because I did not like how I was treated, instead had a talk with her "partner", who she said was a supervisor but obviously that's not case because I guess in the messages he's also an owner? She decided to refund instead of communicating with me about the situation. I paid 980 for this just for my time and money to be wasted. Absolutely disgusting!! Honestly No one should use this driving school due to the very disrespectful and really rude owner, Lori. I can not believe how rude one can be to own a business like this and receive money from people. I paid close to $600 for my son but when my son was not able to make the driving test due to certain circumstance, she started to yell at me and all she talk is about more money without listening to the customers. She is very rude saying " I am the owner, I am the boss, you can't use us done!" She think she is the last person or business on earth. It is very sad that I started with this company but thank God I switched to another driving school immediately and welcomed with a very respectful and understanding. They even know her that she is rude and so many people leave her and go to the other local driving schools. Don't be cheated by her initial easy looking approach. The most rude and unprofessional customer service I have ever experience with. They want you to come prepared and know everything. If you are not proficient enough, they will complain and cancel the schedule. Then when you ask for refund, they will be rude and talk in a fashion, as if they are doing a favor. It's a shame the actual people who took my daughter out were pretty good but dealing with one of the owners Lori is an absolute nightmare. She is rude, a poor communicator and has a history as you can see from the other reviews of lashing out and being very unprofessional. All her communication was with my wife through text message. We had to cancel one of my daughter's scheduled lesson due to a school obligation. So my wife was pretty much scolded by Lori for calling well in advance to cancel and reschedule. Why? I'm not sure because we were told they had so many clients and they were backed up so it's not like they aren't getting paid, plus the cancelation fee we gladly paid asap. Lori claimed she was going to work with us to get my daughter's last lesson on the books. We heard nothing. So I reached out to her via a phone call and Lori snapped at me because my wife text her and it is a business number why would we text that. Then I responded "miss I have seen the conversations you had with my wife via text, with responses from you. Why all of the sudden you decided that's not an adequate way of communications." Lori then threatened to through my daughter out of the program causing her to start all over. She hung up on me. I called her right back tried to resolve this issue. The thing is issues are hard to resolve with Lori because she talks over you and cuts you off. I definitely feel for her partners in business and life. The only positive out of this experience was my 16 year old daughter learned from example how you don't talk to people and how to deal with a narcissistic person that has no reasons to be miserable but just chooses to. This business would do better if is Lori stayed far far behind the scenes and not near a phone. read more

She had an attitude when I asked to confirm a couple of things that I missed on their website and rudely hung me up and said this will not work out. I had already registered her for the lesson and they cancelled her lesson but didn't refund my full payment. What kind of business would do this. we called to request my child's driving test information on 12/26/2022 as we couldn't find the info regarding the test. We have all the text and email communications since 01/27/2022 about the class scheduling and all. Nothing found about the driving test & and its scheduling on 12/27 . I have all the texts. From 833-353-7483 and the emails . For argument sake even if I agree that I missed all the communication from All-jersey Driving school , will you be be kindly sharing it once again don't we deserve to get the information needed for the test? But could not understand why it's been so intolerant & arrogant towards the callers including the student when they called regarding this .Also we called to the number provided in the All Jersey Driving school website I believe it's not a personal phone . The response was 'why calling on holiday' (12/26) if it's holiday we are not expecting you to pickup the phone ,so at least the caller will not get such arrogant response. read more

Lori has been nothing but unprofessional towards me and my son. There's been poor communication via email such as receiving emails with other students names on it. When I tried to respond via email no response. Today is the day of my son's test. As expected he's nervous but excited. He reaches out to me to ask why isn't ALL DRIVING SCHOOL here on time. Concerned about the amount of time he would have prior to the road test, he calls Lori to inquire and is given attitude. I attempt to call her and she's screaming at me calling me an idiot because she sent me an email yesterday adjusting the time. As I searched for the email I realized it was an oversight since the subject line had another students name listed instead of my child! Lori really wants your child to pass their test..She cares about the results and that is hard to find. Excellent place for your new driver to take lessons and use their vehicle to take the test. If you want your son or daughter to pass their test and have a great experience, this is the place to take them for their lessons. read more

They are knowledgeable about the process but they are short with you and come off rude. Its like pulling teeth if you actually need to talk to someone for clarification. The scheduling process is confusing. As for the actual lessons, they gave the bare minimum but the driver was nice. When you need to talk to the woman who takes care of the admin part (payment, other info) is where the poor customer service comes into play. Not worth the price. read more

It came time for my youngest daughter to take the written test as well as complete her six hours working for her learners permit, in the mist of all of this craziness. My husband and I were worried not only for her physical safety but as well as the proper cautions that follows the cdc guidelines. We were very pleased to find All Jersey Driving School, after hearing about all of their regulations. Their dedication to providing a clean safe environment was not only welcoming to my daughter but also left my husband and I feeling certain that she was in good care.
