The owner/manager Kevin is very personable and loves showing people around his shop if you ask. The local metal fabrication plant in my town sends all their projects here for coating. Oh also the turn around time is phenomenal. I brought in a small job and laid out the details of what I wanted and I got a phone call THE NEXT DAY that my stuff was done. They have many furnaces (at least 4 ) that reach up to 800 degrees and one of them is big enough to put a car chassis in. Seriously, if you live in the area and have any type of this kind of work to be done call and ask, you won't be disappointed!

I've been a customer of theirs for years and due to a number late, albeit paid (with late fee…read moreincluded) payments, they decided to end their service to my house. No warning, no discussion. Last year, prior to putting my Awning up, they would not release it until I paid $260 for alleged repair with " new stitching" that they say was not available when they made the awning. this was also a nonnegotiable. There was no evidence (such as leaking or fraying) that it needed to be done, but I could not get the Awning put up unless I agreed to it. There have been numerous other small problems over the years as well. I guess they have enough business to cut customers off with no discussion. It would be helpful to customers if their billing process was easier and they offered automated payments. It seems a business practice of ending business relationships with no discussion will only last so long. I would say stay clear of Custom Covers & Canvas!

Sadly only issue was with young girl working counter on 10/23 who had nothing but attitude when we dropped off for more repairs.
