I had a message from this business he told me where to drop the car off, asked when they needed to be back to Chicago and bing bang boom, he was good for his word. He assessed the condition, and gave us a full quote as to what his charges would be. He fixed the problem for exactly what he told us he would charge, and the car drives like a new car! He charged a $65 diagnostic fee and I noticed when we got the invoice that fee was taken off of the bill. He provided pictures before during and after the process. He is honest from start to finish. We were given a service for exactly what we agreed to no surprises no problems just a fixed vehicle and a safe drive home for our family members. They knew it was leaking as they put towels on the puddle. I they never said anything to me. If they had, I would have shut the water off. The valve was right there. Then they left. That was 12:30pm. They unloaded the truck at my new residence and never said anything. The scratch up my bedroom door moving a table and never mentioned to me. At 4:00 am the next morning, I received a call from the Warren County sheriff's department. They were trying to reach me about a leak in my unit causing water damage to the ceiling of the unit below mine. They shut off the water for the whole building until I could return to my unit and determine what was leaking. It was the fridge hose still running. There was so much water damage to the unit below That she will have to replace her entire kitchen ceiling. When I called the manage of the Clive location, they said it is not their responsibility and he is not responding to my messages.
