Our 3' river birches planted in 2017 are now 30' just 7 years later. The past 2 years the japanese beetles haven't liked to eat our birch trees nearly as much so we had full shade in our yard. They even helped us figure out what was killing our magnolia tree (it was planted too low in the ground...by us). So we dug it up and replanted it. It's thriving now. After he left I was digging some roots out and snapped an unmarked cable so I had the buried cable people come out and remark the buried cables. They said the portion of the stump that had cables under could be ground down another 4 to 6 inches. Called Haag and they came back out for a very minimal charge and ground the stump down even more and were able to grind more roots. Best price and quality work. I would definitely use them again in the future.

A young man knocked on my door around…read more7:45 AM and asked that I move my car from the street to which I replied I would figure out where to move it but that it wouldn't be right that second. Approx 10 minutes later another individual came to my door more aggressively asking me to move my car to which I responded AGAIN that I would move it but that it would not be right that second. He began to argue with me attempting to intimidate me into moving my vehicle from a PUBLIC street. I let him know that their time frame was not my problem and that I had my own schedule I was working on to leave for work. He continued to argue with me, and then threatened me that he was going to have my car towed. I asked him if he worked for the city and he confirmed that he did not so I let him know that he could go ahead and do what he wanted. This crew is INCREDIBLY unprofessional and I do not take some guy trying to intimidate me and threaten me lightly. As a private company, you have ZERO right to threaten me that you're going to tow my vehicle from a public street. This is beyond unprofessional. This company will NEVER get my business and I'll be sure to pass my experience along to my friends and family. I attempted to contact them to discuss over the phone but no one answered the phone the entire day.

It's not their first time in my yard. They've never done this much damage to this tree. Clearly they no longer hire qualified people, and don't take pride in their company at all. They also destroyed my front yard with chemicals leaking from their equipment. This was a week ago and I can't get a real person on the phone. Just a bunch of messages, passing the buck to someone else. If you have a choice, do not hire Wright tree service!! Unfortunately, I didn't have that choice.

We had to call manager JJ "Jason" twice on the phone number listed on their web-site and followed up twice by e-mail, too. However, instead of responding as promised we did not hear back from JJ. First we thought that this was very much not what we had expected from their advertising ("our work is so glowingly recognized"). But then we noticed that JJ may simply have been overworked and burnt out and too polite to say "Sorry, we don't need any new customers anymore!". However, we called another tree service with a very pleasant lady at the desk who - after having jotted down some quick notes on our needs and given us some short explanations of their service - e-mailed an estimate within minutes. Of course we'll have our trees inspected and trimmed by that company and not by Mr. JJ. In summary it seems they are not accepting new clients for spring of 2021 at this time and may simply need some R&R from cutting trees and communicating with those pesky clients.
