Working for Storage Facilities for over two decades, I have had to deal with many "junk dealers" that say they will come out and clean out an entire unit for X amount of dollars and it never fails...they take everything (for the most part) but make a mess of the property by letting the wind blow a lot of the paper trash from the unit as loading and I always have to spend quite a bit of time picking up the trash they inadvertently let blow away while loading. She was flexible to work with, coming at a time that best suited me after work, and she was knowledgeable in being able to find a way to best load the furniture and other misc. things I had that needed to be hauled away.
