DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. SEEK OTHER OPTIONS NOW! I bought a Samsung from Home Depot in Key West. Within a week, the washer malfunctioned because of a product recall on the digital selection menu. I called Home Depot for a refund, but they wouldn't do anything and referred me to Samsung to handle it. Thanks, Home Depot. Anyway, I called Samsung about the situation, and they assigned All Keys Appliance Service to fix my washer because they are the only ones certified to work on the machines in this remote area. They didn't pick up phone calls, lied, and didn't get back to emails, causing me to make an unnecessary amount of effort and frustration to contact them. After the guy picked up, he confirmed that Samsung assigned him the work and that he would fix my Machine that Saturday at noon. Saturday rolled around, and he never showed up. So instead of enjoying my day off, I stayed home for the technician not to arrive. I called on Monday to ask what happened, and he said Samsung canceled it. So I contacted Samsung and asked why did they cancel it. They wouldn't tell me why but said they would put my name at the top of the list and resend the job to ALL Keys Appliance. After another round of phone calls and waiting to set another appointment with All Keys, He confirmed he was on his way and was 50 minutes away. Again, he never showed up and wasted another day of mine. So altogether, he destroyed two afternoons of mine and never showed up. Samsung's only option was to give my money back for the washer, which I still do not have. I moved here in February and bought the washer; it is now 90 days since I got it. Both Samsung and All Key have been a bad experience. Do not hire this company if you have any control over who can fix your Machine!!! read more

If there was an option for less than 0 stars I would choose it. Had a Lowes protection plan and they assigned this servicer to my extended warranty claim. They ordered parts and were paid by Lowes, but never came out to my home once to repair my dryer. Basically stole money from Lowes and will not return a phone call. Was directed to All Keys Appliance Service in Homestead, Fl., (305) 393-2490, by the Homedepot Protection Plan. They inspected my washer and dryer combo on Jan 20, 2022, and determined on the scene that it could not be fixed. All Keys Appliance has not submitted a report to Home Depot and has yet to answer the phone since Jan 22, 2022. Don't bother leaving messages. Not a company that I would ever use again even. I will not be purchasing any more Homedepot protection plans either, I'll pay a little more and buy appliances from Loews and purchase their protection plan. read more

Ah MAZING! My ice maker would not dispense, then it stopped making ice all together. AKAS came out and checked this, and that, and the other. They were stumped, but they did not give up. They knew it was electrical but could not immediately find the source. They kept looking. All the drama was caused by a silly light bulb! I did not need a $150 ice maker replacement. They came, they worked at it until the found the problem, fixed it and gave us a very reasonable bill. I would recommend them to anyone! read more
