I spent a fortune having my place totally cleaned! Rugs, curtains, everything!!! After spending all that time and money getting my place somewhat clean we hired FL AC to come clean my ducts. That were filled with dust, mold, asbestos and possible lead? Year built 1974!!! This FL AC co came in knowing this and they knew my dusts had dust and unknown chemicals in it. Their job was to close off the other side of the ac duct so it doesn't blow these chemicals into the unit. The other side of my ducts went right into my bedroom too. Since I have developed breathing probs due to all this dust from MCI windows in Delray I had to leave the condo until they completed the job. When I came back into my place my throat totally closed up. I couldn't breathe. This co was supposed to cover and close up that vent and only allow the dirt and debris from my ducts to go back into their cleaning machine they used. Not have it blown out the other side of my vent where all this debris ended up! It's airborne and after spending a fortune on cleaning my place my bedroom was totally filled with dust and all these chemicals. Nothing was covered either! Everything in my bedroom was FILLED WITH DUST. My Rugs that I just had steam cleaned. MY bedroom smelled horrid and after spending all this time and money n cleaning my rugs and curtains it was back to the way MCI left it!!!. My bed blankets and sheets filled with dust!. My electronics were also filled with this dust. Chemicals we have NO idea that was inside those ducts! All my clothes ruined! They had to come in with a HEPA BIG MACHINE that had to run for three to four days! And I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE ELECTRIC FOR THIS??? Do not use this company Do not use MCI EITHER.

I called on a Sunday because I had a bad feeling about another company that I had been using for years. They responded so quickly to my call and scheduled an appointment for first thing Monday morning. I received a text message confirming the appointment and on Monday morning got another text with a time window and the name of the technician that was coming. Already I was impressed. Gabe arrived right on time and looked at both the units. We had a problem with the upstairs pipes being clogged and he suggested that we put in a pump and have the coils cleaned. I asked about the downstairs unit as another company wanted to replace the whole system and Gabe said that it was absolutely fine and clearly, it did not need to be replaced or even repaired. Ray and Rodger came to do the work and they were neat and efficient. There was still an issue with the pipe draining so my husband decided to have it replaced. These guys were so good, they actually felt badly that the pipe had to be replace and honestly, I really felt bad for them since they had to spend hours on one of the hottest days of the year in my attic. When the work was done, Ray went over all the completed work and showed me where the pipe ended on the outside of the house. These guys work hard. They do a great job, care about the quality of work done, follow up and best of all, everyone who came to the house or called, was so nice and pleasant to deal with. Thank you!!

My encounter with this company left me frustrated, stressed, and doubting their integrity. Firstly, I contacted Starchenko to repair my malfunctioning refrigerator. The technician showed up in his personal car and not a company car. He did not even troubleshoot or diagnosed the fridge. He said the charge to repair the fridge would be $1800. At that point the obvious option was for us to consider purchasing a brand-new fridge instead. I grew suspicious at this point; it seems like All this company wants to do is charge people a service call fee and don't offer any help. I originally requested the Dryer vent be cleaned because my dryer was heating, but not drying after I purchased the home only a few weeks ago. He came out to inspect my vents to see if there was a need for sanitization, and to clean the vent, and thank goodness he did. Not only did he find mold in my AC unit, but he found that the dryer vent was completely disconnected and taped off. He quoted me, got the parts, and went above and beyond any expectations I ever had. He and his team came out today and cleaned the mold, sanitized the vents, installed a purifier that will keep that will help keep my air clean, and also fixed the issue with the vent so I can finally use my washer and dryer again!
