Val came through and gave us honest feedback and guidance on our project, the bid was either lower or in line with other bids received. The part that made us go with Pro Quality was the fact that they have their own team and limit how much work gets subbed out. This way the schedule was easier to adhere to, and quality and communication were kept to a high standard. Vadim set everything up in Builder Trend so that we could easily see the work scheduled out and knew what was coming up and what to prepare for. Communication was also great and they made sure that every time someone was coming to the house he would let us know when to expect them. Even if it was the inspectors! They took measures to make sure the rest of the home was not impacted by the construction and cleaned up each day. We just moved into our home and hired them to re-paint…read morethe entire main level (including walls, ceilings and trim of the kitchen, living room, family room, dining room, bathroom, laundry room, office) and the upstairs hallway and bedroom- A LOT! They also patched some drywall, laid new moulding behind some built-ins we removed and changed out light fixtures and hardware throughout the house. The team worked so hard, every day. They always showed up on time and put in very full days, unlike several other contractors we have worked with since the move. Even though we were painting the kitchen, they were very considerate about leaving us access at the beginning and ends of the days so that our days would be minimally disrupted. They were also perfectionists- making sure everything was flawless and all of the lines around trim were very exact. I really appreciate the time and effort they put in and could not be happier with the end result. They were overall just a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be having them back to do more painting and projects around the house. We are so grateful to have found contractors we can trust and rely on.

What a nightmare. We hired them to paint the interior of our new-to-us home. Not only did the…read morepainters do a terrible job and get paint and overspray everywhere, but management lacked the integrity to take ownership and fix the problems. I'm not sure which was worse, the paint job or dealing with Jay and other management. The painters they sent sprayed the ceilings white but did not cover the brand new floors. They then sprayed the trim and only covered about a foot out, leaving overspray lines all around. There is overspray on all of the switches, fixtures, windows, etc. I'm daily finding gritty light switches, handles, and other things that should have been covered before they sprayed. The paint lines along the window frames were so uneven they waved out over an inch and a half in some places. The amount of caulk they used along the trim was absurd. It's questionable whether they have any experience painting interiors. Management at first acknowledged the problems and said they would come and fix things, including hiring someone to clean the floors. Then, the night before we were moving in, they refused to do so. They then denied that any of these problems existed, regardless of the photos and videos I took. Eventually, they did send someone out to work on fixing the trim, and he did the best he could, but over a week and a half later I decided to just finish the work myself rather than continue to have all of our furniture moved to the center of the room. It would've taken well over a week and a half to actually fix the mess the first team caused. I'm now dedicating some time each day to scrubbing. Today was the window screens that are covered in white paint on the inside. They repeatedly said "luckily it's water-based paint so it'll come right out with water." It has not, and it will not. Not only did we receive a terrible painting job that damaged our new home, but the company's response to the problems was absurd. This company made moving into our new-to-us house an awful experience. If you are desperate enough to hire them, make sure they don't send Eli, don't expect that management (Jay) will communicate anything to the contractors, keep a very close eye on the work being done at all times, and don't expect any reasonable response if something goes wrong.
