Donald came to my store to fix a lock that had been fixed three times by a previous company. I was super frustrated. He was not only super professional, he did an amazing job. He fixed the lock that had been broken for eight years, he fixed a cabinet that I was told the lock could not be replaced. We had a low priced locksmith to fix our front door lock. Big mistake he tried to give me a $169 new roller lock. He couldn't make it work. So my son recommended All Locked Up Inc. I called Don Roush Sr. and told him the problem. He was grocery shopping, but took my call. Son said said let me drop off the groceries and I'll be right over. I showed Don what the other guy wanted to do, but couldn't. Son got into my lock quickly and said the part he tried to sell you only costs $69 but, you don't need that a $15 part is all you need. Don fixed it promptly the first time. So I had Don re-key the entire house. And he made 7 new keys right in his truck. Needed keys for my wife and our grown kid's.
