Two issues could have been handled better by the showroom with my business. I ordered furniture…read morefor my new home in Goodyear Arizona on Labor day (September 7) from Omaha (Regency showroom). Everything was on time with the completion of my home AT THAT TIME Since the home's start was being constructed since the late April time frame, the track record for completion was well expected to be ON TIME. It did not look like anything would get delayed with the completion of the home so the timing with ordering of LoveSac furniture and the completion of my LoveSac furniture order seemed timely and appropriate. I did mention to Shawn that there was A POSSIBILITY that something unexpected could cause a delay with the completion of the home. He said there was nothing he could do once payment was accepted should that occur. Needless to say, due to the COVID pandemic, an unexpected delay on the completion of the home DID occur. Again, approaching the showroom and Shawn, he was unable to help me or provide an alternative. I just needed a delay of 8 DAYS until I could close on my new home before the new furniture could be delivered. The Regency showroom didn't even mention that there was a CUSTOMER CARE organization within LoveSac that I could call and receive help with my issue. Luckily, I called and found a person by the name of Angelo. He has been immensely helpful. Angelo's plan is to move the completed furniture to a Scottsdale Arizona showroom until closing on my new home is completed AND THEN have FedEx deliver the furniture to my new home. The Regency showroom needs to remember that this is AN OPTION for future customers with a similar situation as mine. To a lesser extent (issue), I thought it was unusual that payment for the furniture order could only be taken with a credit or debit card. I was able to get around this limitation with increasing the limit on my debit card for a single day with my financial institution. The LoveSac company (and showrooms) need to realize that not everybody has a high credit or debit card limit. While quality of the product is high and what attracted me to LoveSac, the furniture is quite "pricey" compared to similar competitors. The limited payment methods need to be mentioned VERY EARLY on in a potential sale so that a customer is not surprised and can make appropriate arrangements at the appropriate time of ordering. I indicated my interest back in February 2020 and received an estimate at that time so I knew an approximate amount. I was expecting to pay by way of a check from my financial institution. It would have been nice to know of these limited options sooner.

Of course, everything is beautiful and you know the quality is great. It was fun to kind of window shop while making conversation with the staff. I ended up finding a book for my daughter and it was only $9.99, can't be that. When I checked out I enrolled in their loyalty program and it was super easy. Inside regency is PB, PBK and William Sonoma, so it all is under the same umbrella, pretty easy.

I called, they refused to do split delivery and were holding 2 of my items (a nightstand and a dresser) until a bedframe shipped from overseas. Late January rolls around, Bedframe is actually here! Wow yay it's not April yet, later than I initially thought but this is ok! Wrong. We scheduled a delivery time and I took all my old bedroom furniture out of my room and took off work to meet the delivery guy. But no one shows up. Weird? I call Pottery Barn, they say delivery should never have been scheduled because they'll only deliver once an entire order can be delivered, and 1 of our items is missing. Yeah yeah the bedframe I know, but I got a notification that it came in and we could schedule delivery now? Turns out the bedframe is there now - but the nightstand (that has been there since October) is MISSING. What?? PB said they'll do some digging and get back to me. 2 days later.... no one got back to me so I called again. Nice lady tracks the nightstand to a different warehouse and said give us 7-10 days then we'll reschedule your delivery. 10 days pass ...... crickets. I call again. Different nice lady tracks it down and gives me the exact same answer - at a different warehouse, give us 7-10 days. At this point I said no thanks just cancel the order. They said so sorry, we'll give you a discount on your upcoming PBK order (a separate order scheduled to come in March). I said thank you, that's the least you can do. Now it gets worse...... are you ready? Nice PB lady #1 put some notes in my profile about how PBK needs to give us a discount for this whole ordeal. Nice PB lady #2 adds more notes to my profile reiterating yes, these people need a discount. PB lady #2 gives me the phone number for PBK and says call them, they'll get you sorted and make it right. I call...... PBK says sorry, we can't give you a discount. PB is a "separate company" and can't do that. I said ok F you guys, cancel this order too I'm just. They say great, we'll give you a $4K PB credit! I said no, that's unacceptable I want a full refund to my credit card. They say ok we can give you a partial refund, you'll still have to pay the shipping costs (despite the fact that my order hasn't shipped yet). I took this all the way up through multiple managers and never could get my shipping costs refunded. Long story short: I almost spent $10K at this company in a 6 month period. Now they will never get a dime from me. Hope the $400 they kept for my "shipping costs" was worth it for losing a lifetime customer. Don't order from PB or PBK. Don't make the mistakes I did.

When they arrive that was not the case. It is now almost 6:00. I am finally done working after starting at 4:00am this morning. I think oh I'll be able to do it myself. NOPE!! The leg segments won't come apart so I can lower the frame to fit my headboard and footboard. RIDICULOUS! I will never buy from a small time anything again. Go to your large furniture store. Don't waste your time with this company. I have not been this disgusted by a companies customer service in a long time. I've tried gloves, hot water, cold water, everything they suggest and the pieces of the legs won't come apart. No one to call for assistance with something that should've been taken care of when this was delivered. BUYER BEWARE!

Ultimately, my suggestion is to be completely clear on what you are buying. Neither my husband or I understood we were getting a roll-down shade that would appear just like the old-fashioned plastic shades from the last century that have a yellow tint when rolled down. The price of $435 for this one door shade was not in line with the product we received. We have beautiful heather gray floor-to-ceiling shades in the adjacent rooms that are less opaque. They do not look cheap like this shade does. Perhaps it's partly our fault for not asking for more specific information or for just making a decision on a small swatch. Perhaps the greater room darkening choice we made added to the difference in appearance but it would have been helpful to know that up front. I am attaching two photos of the shade; one is from the inside and the other is from the outside. The exterior photo is what we expected which is a creamy white. The interior view shows the unexpected yellow tint although several photos I took didn't capture the true yellowness in real time. The sales rep and the installer were both courteous, prompt, and friendly which is why I gave two stars instead of one. If you do choose to work with this company, you should look carefully before you make your decision.

The Ashley sofa bed has two cushions and they sag in the middle. Luckily we found Niché! We picked our material, how many cushions, and had a great experience with the owner throughout the whole experience! Number one for furniture in my book and much more reasonably priced! Definitely stop in and look at the amazing art work, too!
