We had used Fluff Interiors before so when we were about to embark on the renovation of our kitchen, dining room, living room and entryway after 36 years, we reached out to Lorrie right away. At Fluff, they make every effort to get to know their client before creating the design. The design and products are creative, and she made sure that the furnishings flowed in our newly open design and captured my vision for the space. She took an outdated empty space and turned it into a dream home that is the perfect mix of style and livability. Lorrie was also affirming to decisions made prior to hiring her - cabinetry, flooring, quartz and paint. We were long overdue for this remodel, and we couldn't be happier with the way it turned out! We partnered with them for Designing Dreams…read more(www.designingdreamsusa.org), a nonprofit that completely transforms the bedrooms of kids on active treatment for cancer. The Fluff team transformed the bedroom for a little girl fighting brain cancer. They went above and beyond to create this healing oasis for Nora. Nora's dream room included a space for her American Girl Dolls to sleep and space to do crafts. Nora has been fighting cancer for 4 years and has spent a lot of time isolated at home. This new healing oasis that Fluff created couldn't be more perfect! In the words of our recipient's mom: "Nora was just in awe of her room when she opened the door. She has a smile from ear to ear the entire time. I was so excited to see the photos that Fluff took because I could not see her face. The face in her picture with the door opening is something I honestly haven't seen before. She was so surprised and so in love with everything. For the rest of us, I was shocked when the door opened. It was SO HARD not to peek throughout the week but we stayed strong. I could not believe it. Tears came to my eyes and I was just so excited. I had no idea her room could transform into something so beautiful. This room far exceeded any expectations we had for her bedroom. This room met every wish that Nora wanted in her room." Wendy is great with site visits measuring and finding some awesome pieces that fit into the space and are really unique and one of a kind pieces. Our first attempt to walk into Lee Douglas was railroaded by our perception that this business was…read moremore consulting than furniture; consulting/designing wasn't what we needed. So we bypassed it and went into The Loft around the corner! (Read my review on The Loft. An amazing place that I just want to soak in!) At the Loft we were referred to Lee Douglas, "if you love us, step next door to our sister company and be amazed". So we walked around the corner and into an amazingly well set up space. Usually furniture stores are wide open spaces with scads of couches, chairs etc that one has to pull their creativity together. At Lee Douglas they stage furniture that provides a homey comfort feel. The furniture is beautiful and unique. Clients do have the opportunity to customize with the wide variety of fabrics, colors and they have wallpaper. The real gem is with Brenda!! She was fabulous!! She has a warm greeting meeting us as we walked in. Asked great questions and shared some wonderful guidance. The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is that we haven't actually purchased anything yet to assess the quality after some use. However I wouldn't hesitate to buy my next piece from them! The…read moremost positive thing I can review is how they treat customers- Lorele gave us the same attention and fantastic service from when we bought our very first house to building our dream home many years later - that matters and says so much about her attitude and character. The attention to detail - Lorele wants you to LOVE your home - she goes above and beyond to ensure she captures your style and that it makes sense with your lifestyle. I have visited Lee Douglas designs twice in the last six weeks looking for a cabinet for my living…read moreroom. Both times people in the store completely ignored me until I indicated I wanted to make a purchase. I purchased a cabinet for $2300 a week ago and again I had to go and ask for help. Behavior like this I could understand if they were busy but I was the only one in there. I needed to have the item delivered so $110.00 later delivery was scheduled. My cabinet was delivered on time by two very courteous men. I haven't heard anything from the sales person to see if everything was correct. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone nor will I be shopping there in the future.

Lee Douglas Interiors memorialized our request and selection in writing with the 'granite' product in our 'Countertop Selections'. Instead, marble countertops were installed, contrary to our request for granite selection due to an apparent incorrect identified countertop product. Being in the design business, Lee Douglas Interiors have the expertise to identify the difference between granite and marble. We attempted to discuss the issues with Lee Douglas Interiors to no avail.
