We had our new blinds with in 4 weeks from meeting with the individual that came out and took measurements and gave us suggestions. She was wonderful to work with. Friendly folks. My honeycomb shade fixed right at the predicted 2 weeks. Fix is good and shade is working so well. Issues: Website charged credit card 3 times because it errors out each time. Company ultimately fixed charges. Frustrating. Shade is only 4 years old and already broke. Not a good indicator. Plus cost me $125 to fix. I hope no more break anytime soon. They struggled tracking my shade. It took multiple days and phone calls to figure it out. They succeeded but a bit frustrated with that process. read more
