The reasons we stopped working with Magic Cleaning as follows... We were often unsure if the company had the schedule correct. We have a remote door code and know that they would sometimes wait 2 or more days after a guest left to clean our unit. This leaves wet towels in the washing machine for that time. We had multiple complaints of mold in the shower. Marta told us this could not be corrected without repairs.. When we visited our condo, we were able to remove the mold with a simple cleaning process. Marta recommended a "deep cleaning" when I sent her our October schedule because of a long stay. We (owners) were to be the next guests staying there. When I confirmed she was doing a deep cleaning before our arrival, she acted like she did not know why I would want that. She said she would make it happen though. When we arrived at our condo, the furniture was moved to the extent that Ottomans were in the dining room and living room furniture had been rearranged. As we inspected further, we found hair and dirt everywhere. There were none of the items that her service is supposed to provide either (soaps, sponge, toilet paper, etc..). There was a large tear in the faux leather sofa that was never reported to us. When I wrote Marta, she could not explain but said she would not charge us. As our family was with us, and this was quite embarrassing to keep finding more dirty items, we decided to move to a new company. I will say that Marta was usually responsive, if you reached out to her. However, it felt like you had to pay very close attention to make sure the schedule was right and things were getting done. Marta never even sent a reply when I emailed to explain why we were moving to a new cleaning company.

I contacted MADU cleaning on a Sunday evening - they answered right away and was able to go over and clean within an hour while the renters went to dinner. Them coming over somewhere she had never been before within the timeframe needed on ridiculously short notice. Her responsiveness is amazing and I heard nothing but amazing reviews for the people utilizing the unit. Couldn't be more thankful for finding them!
