They left this message: "We're just calling because we're conducting a fraud investigation against Hilton Grand vacations and Hilton Hawaiian Village in the Lagoon Tower and we're conducting a fraud investigation against them for timeshare resale fraud." 15 years ago we bought directly for HGVC while vacationing at Hilton Hawaiian Village, so there was no resale, no fraud. They're just fishing for suckers to scam. I checked their site, the legal agreement they ask you to sign grants them a power of attorney to sign any legal agreement on your behalf. Scared yet? While the whole proposition may sound shady, it's predicated on the fact that you were originally scammed by a shady timeshare-related company. In my case I (foolishly) gave a lot of money to a timeshare resale company in the desperate hope that I could either rent or sell my timeshare. That company is shut down and being sued by the Federal Trade Commission. All Mobile Solutions helped me to recover much of the money I sent to the resale company. You pay them a 45% commission and must follow their instructions to the letter. They delivered what they promised and I only paid them after the funds were in my bank account (credit card company mailed me a check for amount refunded to my credit card). You can hold onto your skepticism if you like (and to which you are entitled given the scams out there!) But 55% of my money back was better than 0% back. read more

Our situation was the same as Karen S.' review below. Their 'Agreement for Services' seemed very straight forward until you get to the 11th and last point: "Should you (the Client) jeopardize your fraud claim without our knowledge you will not be issued a refund. ***the previous sentence on their agreement is in bold font*** If you receive documentation from the bank and do not send to us to complete for you, this could jeopardize your claim. Should you receive a phone call from the bank and speak to them without your representative being on the call this could jeopardize your claim." Why would a reputable organization need to include such a clause? Your firm started an investigation that resulted in the reversal of charges by our timeshare company so although no funds were recovered, our credit was improved. Maulik Hall and Bianne Dolan were very professional and responsive to our calls despite receiving no compensation. read more

This company appears to be shady. They claim that they can help you reclaim money that you have been scammed out of by a "travel club purchase" (in our case) or "timeshare resale purchase" We did indeed purchase a "travel club membership" several years ago for five thousand dollars. That company was indeed a scam. All Mobile Solutions, LLC called us saying that they could help us get our money back. They would take 45% of the money they recovered for us. We paid nothing upfront. We signed a generic contract that we had had our attorney review. The contract was straightforward and All Mobile Solutions, LLC would be paid only after the money was returned to us. PRIOR to signing the contract, I called my bank to find out the protocol used to refund money on a closed card. Our bank explained how. We signed the contract and were contacted by a "financial adviser" who was going to speak to the fraud department of our bank (with me on the line) in a three way conference call. I told the adviser, Heather, that I had called my bank (prior to signing their contract) to find out information about having money put back on a closed card.. At that point, she told me that their contract said we should not have contact with the bank without them. I told her why I had called them and that it was BEFORE I signed their contract. She told me that I had "jeopardized" the process by calling the bank. After that we never heard back from All Mobile Solutions, LLC. There is something suspicious and dubious about All Mobile Solutions, LLC in Deltona, Florida. I would like to have given no stars at all. read more

Got several calls and voice mails from AMS and finally spoke to a young lady about her call this afternoon. She explained they wanted to intervene on my behalf to recover money I paid to Pro Time Shares Resale. I asked how much it would cost me and I was informed that it would be a 45% fee and that it would be recovered to the card used to make the payment. I told her that I no longer had that account or card and she said that would be a problem. While I was talking to her I was googling her company. Once I saw all the negative reviews I asked if she had looked at their reviews on line. She said she had personally not. I said you should and then i told her I was going to look at the BBB website and see what was there and she hung up on me. So I know that I will not be doing any business with All Mobile Solutions what you do is up to you but be warned... Any company that hangs up on you when you question their reviews should be very suspect. read more

This should be a no star. Mobile Solutions in our view deceived us into paying its 45% fee by misrepresenting what it would do and why we could get our membership fees in Destination World Wide, Inc. reimbursed. All Mobile Solutions called us in April of 12017 and told us that they could get our membership fee of over $4,000 back from a travel and leisure services company, Destinations World Wide, Inc. It said that they knew that Destinations had fraudulently misrepresented its services to us and many others. It had detailed information about the amount and terms of our Agreement with Destinations leading us to believe that it successfully obtained reimbursements for others. It told us that the process to get our money back was easy and simple. It said that the Florida Attorney General had investigated Destinations and had Destinations put up a security bond from which we would be reimbursed the amount of our membership fees. We paid Mobile Solutions 45% of our membership fees or almost $2,000. It turns out that Destinations had not posted a surety bond and that the Florida Attorney General with whom we filed a claim against Destinations did not have jurisdiction to help us because Destinations did not do business in Florida. I have made a number of efforts to resolve this with Mobile Solutions, but they will not respond to my emails or phone calls. Buyer beware big time!!!! read more
