I asked them for an invoice showing the hours and some how the final invoice equaled exactly. How does that happen? Do not give them a deposit, pay only what hours they spend on the job. I called them out to do some of the final work (and I was willing to pay beyond the deposit )x They offered a day and i said yes. When i called to confirm the date, they said " Given our current workload, we are going to have to pass on scheduling this request" I know all service companies are busy but it is unethical to treat customers poorly. This is a real issue in the valley. There are still some honest companies that still have good principles. In my opinion, Young Services is not one of those companies.

They are impossible to get a hold of and extremely entitled customer service is negligible against their nefarious billing practices. Keep browsing for a better vendor...they're out there but are even more boutique then these fraudsters.
