(I know I sound like a grandmother, but I'm only 32. ha!) *Anytime Movers is the exception!* We used the company yesterday to move a very large piece of furniture (Baker breakfront cabinet) from an estate sale in Forest Hills/Nashville to our home in Lewisburg. The owner Mario could not have been more pleasant and professional. He was accommodating to our last minute request and very fair on his price. His employee Jeremy was equally courteous and professional and it was clear that they knew what they were doing and, yes, took pride in their work! I have never used a moving company because I have mentally pictured that they THROW your belongings into their trucks while you are not looking. As for Mario and Anytime Movers, that is far from the case. They carefully removed, wrapped and padded the glass shelves from the cabinet. They then shrink wrapped the cabinet so that the doors could not come open during transit. Then they padded the sections (two pieces- top and bottom) of the cabinet and fastened each to the inside of their covered truck so that neither piece could tip over or scoot. Of course, our huge breakfront china cabinet arrived in mint condition. Not a scratch or ding (and, believe me, I looked). Typically, after hiring any type of service, I am left feeling dissatisfied or am contemplating the negative review I will have to write. However, in this case my husband and I were left in awe at how SMOOTHLY the whole situation went and I immediately texted friends to recommend this company. Considering that I love to hunt at estate sales and shop for antiques, the question "But how will I get it home?!" is now answered- Anytime Movers!

I emailed back and forth with owners Robert and Angela to narrow down specifics, and they were helpful and prompt with each response. I received email reminders leading up to our move, and a phone call the morning of our move when the truck was 15 minutes out. Robert and Robert (or Rob and Bert!) arrived right on time and ready to work. They did a quick walk-thru of the space with us, where we identified which items were going where (we had to stop at a storage unit before the home we were moving into). After that, they packaged all of our items with care, and safely loaded everything onto the truck! It took around four hours to complete our move, and at around $800 total, it was well worth the price. The two Roberts were friendly, professional, and fast while still moving larger pieces carefully. We would definitely hire A&R Moving Solutions again, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of moving services in Greater Nashville.

On the form it asks a Claim Amount. Very wishy washy when it comes to damage and how to file a claim. They proceeded to go to McDonald's and order food, cutting into my moving hours. When they finally got back and started moving things, they did not let me down by the truck to. They broke the service elevator so, moving was halted and I basically paid them to eat McDonald's and sit on a couch. At this time they asked for the payment ensuring they'd finish once the elevator was back running. They did two loads of things and basically just threw my furniture in the truck, leaving major gaps in between and then throwing things over the top so they'd fall in between the furniture pieces. Because of this, the truck was basically full, & I still had things to put in there. I had a truck big enough for a two-bedroom apartment & I only had one bedroom of furniture & then a small living area. It was plenty big. PLUS, I had already taken ALL excess boxes to my storage unit so they only had to move my furniture, tv's, and couch pillows. I had to redo the entire truck by myself & finish the rest on my own. They then charged me for an extra hour and had me Venmo them and disappeared so they pocketed that money. I called about 30 times noone there to help. I went to the physical location and it seems that it doesn't exist. The owner called me back and said last minute he cancelled my move because of my honest review. Mind you I have been waiting since 1430. Very rude. This ruined my travel plans. This is my last day in the military service and I had planned to drive to NJ and my plans were ruined. Response to the owner. Things happen, therefore it is important to have a plan in place. A refund does not solve the fact that I was lied to and only got a call back after I put in a review. A refund and to surprise me with "we are not going due to your review" does not excuse any sort of professionalism!
