He did not feel they could get there the next morning either but he would call his boss and see if he would pay for an extra day to U haul. I waited an hour and called the office and got voice mail but left a message. The boss called more than 2 hours after the agreed upon appointment. His excuse was that insurance would not cover any injury that might result. He claimed to be putting his employees safety first. SERIOUSLY??? It was raining and not even hard. Two 50 year old and a 70 year old, two of which were women, emptied the truck by 9:00 p.m. because no one showed up for 5 p.m. appointment. Old folks are exhausted and very sore and would NOT recommend these people for any reliability.

The owner called me back and said last minute he cancelled my move because of my honest review. Mind you I have been waiting since 1430. Very rude. This ruined my travel plans. This is my last day in the military service and I had planned to drive to NJ and my plans were ruined. Response to the owner. Things happen, therefore it is important to have a plan in place. A refund does not solve the fact that I was lied to and only got a call back after I put in a review. Specifically, my youngest son left his contact lens case on the bathroom counter despite my warning that anything left in there would be packed.
