Never use this company! They damage your furniture by dropping it arguing in driveway about it and then lie saying they didn't Drop it. Their guys said that company will replace it. lies, lies, lies. So I posted my review about two weeks ago and got a response from Marie to give them a call and they would try to help me resolve my claim which is still not settled after two and a half months. I called their number 844-238-8715 and guess what nobody answers in the mailbox is full. Again, avoid this business like the plague they don't care about you or your property and give you false promises. And if you didn't forget, see the ketchup stains, one mover, intentionally squirted ketchup all over my furniture in my bedroom as there's no other way to explain it. Update: I called again today 10/1/25. Line just rings and puts you on hold as nobody answers as usual. All my sons has my contact information and can call me at any time to try to get this resolved however they refuse. This is not good customer service and the lack of concern is ridiculous given my situation. My items were damaged some intentionally as you can see in the pictures showing the condiments spilled all over my master bedroom on the second floor of my new home. Not a great experience. The cost was not terrible but in comparison it might be because they will destroy your property. They scratched 5 pieces of solid wood furniture, ripped the fabric on my chaise and oversized chair, broke my daughter's vanity in half, among other scratches and dents to furniture, walls, etc. The movers were likable but... Also, don't allow them to skim over the paperwork on moving day. No one points out the limited liability option that is automatically checked. Avoid this company at all costs. They took my deposit and then called me the morning of the move to say they couldn't do the job. That alone shows a complete lack of reliability and planning, but what really pushed this over the edge was how the manager handled it -- zero empathy, incredibly rude, and completely dismissive of the inconvenience they caused. This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in years. They wasted my time, kept my money far too long, and showed no accountability. If you value professionalism, integrity, or basic respect for your time, look elsewhere. We booked two weeks in advance, confirmed all details, and still ended up in a 12-hour mess filled with delays, miscommunication, and total disorganization. What Went Wrong: Misleading time windows & no-shows Corporate told us we were scheduled for 8:00-10:30 AM when I called to confirm days before. No one showed. At 10:20, we called and were told by the Hoover office we were actually set for 12:00-3:00 PM -- a change we were never notified of. Hours of calls, no real answers At 2:15 PM, still no movers. By 3:30, we were told the crew was coming from Huntsville, had to stop for the third mover, and might not even be able to finish due to a 9:00 PM company cutoff. The Hoover supervisor promised a discount at this call. Late arrival + extra movers we didn't request They showed up at 5:12 PM -- five men instead of the three we booked. We were later told the fourth guy was "part of our discount," which felt shady. & the 5th was a supervisor from the office. We didn't need more people, we needed the original crew on time. Truck breakdown + downtime Soon after loading some items, we were told the truck broke down. They spent almost an hour swapping trucks & parking the new one while two men stood there smoking weed. That wasted hour was passed off as a "discount." Rain, exhaustion, and no planning It poured. The crew kept working -- clearly exhausted and hungry. We gave them protein shakes because they hadn't eaten all day. They said they had no idea our move was even on the schedule until they finished a move far north that afternoon. We felt like an afterthought. The supervisor that was at our home said our scheduled mover called in "due to heat". Supervisor gaslighting + broken promises All afternoon we told a discount was coming due to the time delay. When we followed up around 9 PM at the time of payment, the supervisor denied the 10% discount we had in writing from booking and claimed the "extra mover" and 1hr truck delay were our discount. Rushed, careless unload The lead mover asked us for the address while smoking a cigarette at our front door. As the 10:30 PM cutoff approached, they had to dump everything into one room leaving pieces of furniture not put back together. All Sons Moving is disorganized, poorly managed, and unprofessional. The movers themselves were kind and did their best, but it was clear they were overworked and unsupported. May 2025 I had two rooms of furniture to move, a queen bedroom, a living room and a refrigerator...that's it. They started at 2:30 and ended at 6:30, total charge $850. The one driving did most of the work, not really hustling but getting it done. The other one, his helper, spent way too much time on his phone, just standing there looking at his phone while the other one did the work. I should have addressed this early on and maybe things would have run along quicker. They were both nice and respectful but phones should be put away while I am paying them by the hour. read more

All My Sons Moving in West Palm Beach is the most unprofessional and disorganized company I've ever dealt with. I booked my move weeks in advance after selling my home. I was left scrambling on moving day, with a closing deadline and no movers. The so-called "manager" was rude, dismissive, and unapologetic. His solution? Daniel and Jordan were AMAZING with our move today, and seriously were a DREAM TEAM! Not only did they navigate our huge driveway slope (a mini mountain), but they were so careful with all our items from the basement and upstairs. They helped us load a U-Haul truck in 1/2 the time compared to our estimated quote time! Highly recommend!! read more

August 10, 2024 has been an experience. The same company assisted me 4/23/24 and I gave them excellent reviews. This time was the worst, broken glass, damaged walls & left my furniture in the yard. Estimated job to be 5 hours, experience several delays with broken glass etc and an inexperience team that didn't know how to load a pod. Said I had to agree to another 3 hours upfront and pay another $750 to complete a job estimated to he completed in 5 hours & after refusing to pay any more money the movers were directed to leave the job. I have to change my April rating of 5 to a 1. Out of $1,600 and having to pay more money in the morning for professional pod movers to come to my rescue. read more

I give the person that quoted the items to be moved for $149- a 1 star. It was very misleading. Long review alert! We booked with this company because my parents had used them and had a good experience, so we assumed the same. Well that turned out to be very wrong. Everything was great when booking the job, but the night before the move we were called at 5:55pm and were told that the driver of the crew they had booked for us had a medical emergency and they needed to reschedule us to the next day. That made me have to miss a day of work and put us a day behind, but we agreed to it because we know things happen. The movers showed up on Sunday morning and did a walk through and we showed them what we needed moved including our upright console piano which I had discussed on the phone several times when booking. I was assured that a three man crew could easily handle the piano and the stairs that we had in both places. So they load up the truck and drive it to our new house and we realize they didn't load the piano. So my husband asks them about it and they said they could unload and then go back and get it at the end, and that was our call. We said yes we want the piano to be moved. Well they worked until 4:00 and then told us that they were "out of time" for the job and couldn't go back to get it and we would have to reschedule someone to come move it another day. Also, one of the workers did very little at our new house, and my husband, myself, and my mom who is in her 70s had to bring 90% of the boxes up the stairs at our new house. One of the workers even went out to the truck and started it and just sat in it for the last 20 or 30 minutes when there were still more boxes to unload and bring upstairs! So I called back today (our move was yesterday) and asked about rescheduling and was told that the workers put in their notes that they couldn't move the piano because they couldn't move it with the stairs and they needed a person. The workers told us on the day of the move that it "wouldn't fit on the truck" and then that "they ran out of time to go back and get it." They never mentioned that they needed a third person. So someone is lying somewhere. I was guaranteed when booking that three people could move it and I told them the size of the piano and how many stairs were at both houses. I was then told on the phone today that they could send a 4 man crew out to move it, but that it would cost an additional $438 to do so. I talked to everyone I could, which it's really hard to talk to managers with this company fyi, and they insisted we would have to pay. They kept saying "I understand ma'am, but we will have to charge for the time for our workers." I'm not saying the workers shouldn't be paid, but that needs to come out of the company's pocket and not mine because I was told at booking and by the workers on the day of the move that our piano would be moved. That is not my mistake; it is the company's and the mover's mistake. We are now booking with another company to come move the piano for us which is still more money out of our pocket, but I am not paying more money to this company. We've been lied to and told different stories after we've been more than understanding with all the mishaps and issues. I am very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone. read more

They had me put down a $100 dollars for a guaranteed arrival date. They called me on moving day to say that they were not coming because their personnel put the wrong gas in the truck and it was no longer operational. Very unprofessional and cost me money because I had scheduled everything with my pod company to have certain pods removed because we were supposed to have four workers to fill them. Once the movers showed up, they did a good job for the most part. They did charge me for 5 mirror boxes. We only used two. the other TVs were not wrapped. trying to get a refund at this time for unused items. $12 dollars a piece. read more

The movers did a fantastic job. They were kind, quick, and courteous. Management is the issue. I was charged almost triple what I was quoted initially. I had a very small move (10 items total) I was not told this "new price" until after the movers had moved everything into my new apartment. I had 3 confirmation calls the week leading up to the move promising I would be moved on Friday morning. On Thursday afternoon, I got a call saying from the manager saying I had been moved to the Friday afternoon slot. At 3:30 on Friday afternoon, I get a call from the manager saying they couldn't move me until Sunday. HORRIBLE customer service. He had no remorse and did not try to help me in the slightest price-wise. I asked why I paid a deposit when it didn't even hold my time slot that I had been promised. This was absolutely the worst moving experience I have ever had. Booked a move two weeks in advance for two men and a 26 foot truck to start the morning of the move. I received a call the day before saying that they needed to move us to the afternoon slot. I was hesitant, but they said it should be able to still be done in a reasonable amount of time for us to be able to get kids to bed. The day of the move I called multiple times trying to get an update until finally at 3 PM I was told that it didn't look like the move could happen until 5 or 6 PM. This move was supposed to take around 5 hours or so. I have four small children (2 under 2) and this would've been very difficult to do that late at night. She said that they could send somebody in the morning and I said we would just rather do that. She then called me back and said she had a crew that could come right now and she thought they could get it done in time. I said OK she sent them on and they arrived around 4:15. They came with a 15' truck and weren't able to load everything and still finished around 8:30. I called the following day to see about having the rest of our stuff moved said I would get a phone call back and never did. I called the next day and she said they were going to try to have somebody out the following morning to finish. I called that morning and was told that they would try to find out a status and would get back to me shortly. I never heard anything. We ended up having to move the rest ourselves with four small children and lost multiple days of getting settled in our new home. They should not commit to moving people if they are going to do it completely. read more

I want to start by saying that my team of movers--Jay, Zevin, and Nick--were the A-Team. These men were professional, hardworking, and honest, and anyone who is lucky enough to have them as their movers is truly getting the best in the business. That being said, my issue lies in the management. I received an estimate for a pack and move, but the management (Giani) did not tell my movers that they would be packing and did not provide them with any necessary packing supplies. Management estimated a 4-hour move, and it ended up taking 8.5 hours. Management also said they would provide four movers and only provided three. When I called the office on move-in day to share that the reality did not match the expectations outlined in the estimate, Tristan was dismissive of my concerns. All in all, my move ended up taking 2x lonnger than estimated and ended up costing considerably more than estimated. This is due to no fault by the movers themselves as they were excellent, but I do feel like I was duped during my initial estimate process. I chose All My Sons due to the cost they quoted me and the number of movers they quoted me - neither of which held true on move-in day. I would hire the individual movers in an instant, but I would not recommend this company as I don't feel they are honest, organized, or caring towards their staff and customers. Be warned that if they provide you an estimate, the actual cost of your move will likely be considerably more. The communication and care towards customers is horrible. Unfortunately, I don't think my experience was an outlier. I will not be using this company in the future. read more

If you want movers who show up on time, do their job well and in a reasonable amount of time, find anywhere else but this one. Robert, the apparent manager, will call you and walk through what to expect - and ask about your own expectations. You'll be clear about them. He'll then promise you some movers will arrive at a particular time. They wont. They'll be late. Then they'll take a look around and leave. At least that's what happened to me. And when Robert called to follow up, he refused to explain what had happened. At first, he wasnt going to find me additional help until I explained I had to be out that day and could not wait. He said he'd try and figure it out but couldnt make any promises. Six hours later (after I'd paid to rent a Uhaul), his movers showed up after finishing another job. Exhausted, they took 10 hours to move what took an Atlanta crew less than half as much time. Finished after midnight. Robert insisted on charging full price, despite being six hours late and delivering an exhausted crew that took way too long to move my things. Be smart - do not do business with outfits who refuse to make things right when they've screwed up. Not worth your trust or money. We all understand that mistakes are made. But we expect a business in which we've places our trust to make it right and not rip us off. read more

I contacted this company to get a quote on a long-distance move across country. Lizzie answered the phone and was pleasant sounding. She asked for the to/from addresses but I explained at this time I was simply calling around to get quotes and not willing to provide the exact addresses. I would however provide her with the postal codes. She said she would not be able to give me an accurate quote with just that. I replied that an estimate would be sufficient but she said she needs the full address. Then I said I would give her fake addresses, because after all, I could have done that and she never would have known. She then said she would not be able to give me a quote at all. This is not on her. This is on their policy. I don't understand why other moving companies I've spoken with are able to to give me a quote with the postal codes alone. Why would I give out personal information this early on? Their loss, because it would have been in the thousands of dollars. But...after seeing they only have 1.5 stars out of 47 on Yelp I wouldn't have went with them anyway. I should have looked at their reviews and saved myself the annoying phone call. read more

I called multiple times after 3pm to inquire on status and was repeatedly told they were en route. Finally receive a call at 5pm of them cancelling and saying they can show up 2 days later, when I asked why not first thing tomorrow they said their schedule was full so they couldn't. When I asked why I couldn't be moved to the top of the list since my job was today they repeated again the schedule was full. After that I knew I was dealing with someone who couldn't comprehend simple customer service and reasoning. My neighbors used this company when they were moving. When they were finished and started to leave one of My tree limbs caught their truck and was twisted off. This was about 9:30 at night. I was not contacted about this matte. I was left with a mess to clean up the next morning. When I say a tree limb I mean it was as big as part of the tree. A chain saw had been used because I could see the evidence. It was not clean out of the road well and a car could not pass over this mess. my parents live with me and both have dementia and are 84 and 90 years old. This could have been a disaster if they had needed medical attention. So my neighbors move cost me $500 to get the mess cut up where it be handled an hauled off. I only asked for moving things out of a uhaul, we were coming from out of state. They were an hour late. I asked for 1 hour, they charged me for 2 hours, worked for 30 min. I already did the majority of work myself due to them being late and me needing to get the uhaul back on time. One guy was complaining the entire time about having to move things. They seemed like normal people moving things then actual movers. Just drop stuff, bump things around, etc. Would never use again. read more

Was told they would send two trucks, sent one and jammed most of a 2400 square foot house into it. Paid for a full pack, and the jokers who showed up didn't even know they were supposed to pack it up. Were three hours late, so they were late leaving out and caused us to use a vacation day bc we had to overnight at the destination. Broke my king bed and big screen TV. Tried to hide the broken bed; didn't find out about the TV until we plugged it in. Scuffed a bunch more of our wooden furniture. Soaked a queen mattress...who knows how? Now has stains and mold on it. Was told by "Brad" that we'd be compensated for the stuff they destroyed. No dice. Tried to get the reimbursement claim, but didn't even get one sent to us. They left a quarter of our stuff still in the old house the day before the house had a final walkthrough before sell date. Had to send the second truck (was told two trucks from the start!), and one of the guys they sent sassed me when I asked him if he would wrap some loose items. Asked for a tip after they busted our stuff. Tried to call Brad multiple times without answers or recompense. Stay away. Would give negative stars if I could. read more

Hired them to do a local move and they damaged most everything they moved and to make matters worse they stole property from us and it was videoed on our home security system. We contacted the local office to report it and show them the video but they offered no help. When we contacted the corporate office they seemed not to care as well. Birmingham Alabama. The problems started from the beginning. There were inexperienced movers and one was mouthy to me when I asked him to be more careful with my garment racks. It only got worse as the move went on. I had lots of damages with pictures and three boxes were lost completely. I was told I could file a claim and recover my losses. The claim was just under $2,000.00 in damages. November 5, 2021, still had not heard from the claim. Well over the 30 days they were to reply to me. I inquired as to what had happened and now I'm being rushed to sign that I will accept less than $500.00 for these damages and lost boxes. First of all the movers stole $380.00 from my purse that was in my kitchen. did not deliver a shoe rack that I saw them load. broke the wood on the bottom of my chest of drawers, put a deep gash in my dining room table, dropped my 65" LG OLED TV that now no longer works. This has been the absolute worst customer service experience of my life. These guys busted my 72 inch TV. They scuffed up our furniture by storing it upside down in the truck. They even scuffed the walls in the wall of my old house that I had to repa I could sell it. We filed a complaint, and was offered less than 10% of our belongs' value, providing that we sign an NDA. When we tried to appeal the person who was "helping" us up And quit the company. We didn't even know until we called back 3 weeks later to check on the status of our claim. Then.... low and behold the lady that answered said to me "TVs are on sale, just go buy a new one" I am a United States Veteran, having served in harms way to afford these things. I explained it to her and she said "so" I've filed with the BBB, tomorrow we file in small claims court. These people are about to learn my name. NEVER USE THEM!! UPDATE: 12/12/19 I have been contacted by AMS Corporate office, and their representative has provided a much better experience than previously experienced. Pros: easy to schedule. Huge flexibility with scheduling. Packing that was completed was done very well. Cons: there seems to be a lack of communication between the customer service representatives and the movers. My move was not completed. I paid by the hour and they left 45% of my house unpacked and unmoved. I asked multiple times if I needed to be present during the move and I was told no. This service was supposed to be a luxury for my family, but it's turned into more of a headache. I didn't realize that I needed to micro manage a group of professional movers. I should have read the fine print instead of listening to their untrained customer service representatives. When I finally got back to the house we are selling I noticed everything wasn't done I immediately called to figure out what happened. The operations manager seemed frustrated and burnt out. He was short and rude when I had questions as to why my move wasn't completed. He offered me a couple hundred off the original price which still left my total at $1100 for an unfinished job. Ultimately I would not recommend the service to anyone looking for movers. We paid $1100 for a service that wasn't finished. Only three of the seven rooms were even touched. I understand that the branch did the absolute bare minimum they could do to correct the situation, but my heart is broken that this luxury service has turned into a nightmare. I didn't want a discount on the service I wanted my home packed and moved. It was made abundantly clear all my sons does not want to pack your stuff for you so if you were looking for someone to pack up your stuff find somewhere else. I watched the worker drop our like new leather electric recliner from bed of truck to the ground breaking 2 of the 4 legs and then later another worker came wheeling in wife's table/desk with one of the legs under his arm and another leg at an awkward angle.
