I was in a car accident (i'm ok!) and needed to purchase a used car ASAP! I heard great things about the cars sold at enterprise, so I went for it. Little did I know the salesmen were great, too! I mostly worked with Dane and I highly recommend! During each stage of the process, we worked with great people and felt comfortable. At NO point, I felt pushed or uneasy. Their receptionist hung up on me as I was asking about my license plate, so really there is no professionalism after a sale. Not sure if all Ray Skillman dealerships work this way but a family member had a similar experience earlier this year at another location, so best bet is to avoid Ray Skillman, it's crazy to think I had an easier process at a local dealership than at a big name one.

I didn't do that so I didn't know the tires were rotten, the brake pads and rotors needed replaced, and the car (Mazda) got bad miles per gallon because it needed a new O2 sensor. And it had 3 blown speakers. Normal people don't take the time to go through the 150 things needed. Before I went there to look at the car I called and asked if I could put an ODB2 (diagnostic) reader on it - no big deal, any dealer would allow this. But after I bought the car I discovered it was missing a fuse and because of that I could not have known the O2 sensor was bad.

When I filed this with the insurance company they said they only cover GASKETS up to 150,000 my car now has 150,234... WHO SALES CARS AND INSURANCE LIKE THIS. When I went to cancel my "extra special coverage" I get this response from the women who runs that department. LOOKS FOWARD TO LOSING A CUSTOMER. She also told me it takes 60 days to cancel so I could be charged 84$ TWO more times. I had to call me bank and report them as fraudulent on my account to have them blocked. If you are debating buying a car here, or even a bottle of water DM me I'll send you all the proof not to. The mechanic said it shouldn't have even been legal to be on the lot. P.S keep deleting my reviews as someone who runs a business you can only delete so many a month and I'm not going anywhere.
