Tracy, the wife, always lets us know when it is "our day". Love her too. They spend ALOT of time, spraying our house, spraying the gazebo, spraying the detached garage, checking mouse traps etc. I can't stress enough the superior service from this FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. Their staff is solid, and dependable. Unlike other companies, their focus is doing the job right. Other better known companies do not take care of their workers and it shows. I particularly want to point out Plunkett who according to their own time sheet were in and out in less than 15 minutes, simply scattering bug stuff that you can get from Lowes on the ground. I got my money refunded from Plunkett, found 360 Pest Control and have been a customer for years, 360 is here usually 45 minutes or so, spraying everything, looking for stuff we didn't see. They love bugs and it shows. So if you live in one of the surrounding counties, give them a call to see if they service your area. This is the company you want. Competence!!!!!!!

Heath, responded the same day and was knowledgeable and friendly. The culprit was caught fairly quick once the trap was set. Called back and a third employee came back within an hour to remove the vermin and reset traps. This employee also was friendly. I will say, we originally had called another company and had an appt. They were a no show and no call on appt day when they were called about it they couldn't schedule anything until the following week. So my tip is to avoid terminex and go with 360. The financing process was super easy and we got the exact Ferris ISX3300 my husband wanted. We didn't expect everything to go through so quickly so we weren't prepared to take the mower home, but Erik allowed us to borrow a hitch, trailer, and tie down straps. The mower was cleaned off and loaded on the trailer for us. Everyone we spoke with was terrific and provided phenomenal customer service. We will absolutely recommend this Cardinal Rental location to everyone!

It is a 24 hour rental so if you rent from them be prepared to spend the same if it is 2 hours, which is what mine was, or 24 hours. They are nice, polite but still a rip to the average joe who needs something for an hour or two. I paid $322 to use a lift. I picked it up at 10 AM and had it back before noon. Live and learn. Even if I was given a $100 discount that would have been reasonable. I still would have paid over $100 per hour.

I had rented from them several times in the past, and had pretty good experiences. But recently I…read morerented a piece of equipment from them and when I returned it, I noticed a week later a charge for an additional $265. I questioned them on it and they said I went over the hours on the machine by two hours even though I have pictures of the time when I got it and send it back and it was just a little over an hour and they charged me for 2 hrs so thats how they justified the first $100. but, when I rented it, they never told me that I would be responsible for fuel and that if I didn't fill it up before returning it, they would charge me almost 2 times the going rate for diesel fuel. so another $165 for 22 gallons of diesel so $7.50 a gallon. But it gets worse. When I rented it, I told them I had not used the attachment that I was renting and asked if the person was going to be able to give me direction. They delivered it, he gave me some directions that were wrong, so I assumed that one of the functions was not working, which is why it took me so much longer to do the work. When I returned it, they claimed it was fine and I should've called them and they could have helped me figure out the issue. But again, nobody told me there was a hotline. I could call on memorial day weekend. I assumed since their shop wasn't open, I was on my own. I called to politely discuss it, because I was hoping we could at least split the difference or at least have a fair price on the fuel, and essentially they told me to pound sand. Needless to say, I'll never rent from Cardinal again.
