They may be based in Mansfield but call them to check their service area. We get the same guy, Mason, the son Love him. He knows our house and all the quirks. Tracy, the wife, always lets us know when it is "our day". Love her too. They spend ALOT of time, spraying our house, spraying the gazebo, spraying the detached garage, checking mouse traps etc. I can't stress enough the superior service from this FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. Their staff is solid, and dependable. Unlike other companies, their focus is doing the job right. Other better known companies do not take care of their workers and it shows. I particularly want to point out Plunkett who according to their own time sheet were in and out in less than 15 minutes, simply scattering bug stuff that you can get from Lowes on the ground. I got my money refunded from Plunkett, found 360 Pest Control and have been a customer for years, 360 is here usually 45 minutes or so, spraying everything, looking for stuff we didn't see. Heath, responded the same day and was knowledgeable and friendly. The culprit was caught fairly quick once the trap was set. Called back and a third employee came back within an hour to remove the vermin and reset traps. This employee also was friendly. I will say, we originally had called another company and had an appt. They were a no show and no call on appt day when they were called about it they couldn't schedule anything until the following week. So my tip is to avoid terminex and go with 360. You won't be disappointed.

Many of them were closed on weekends, and this happened to be Labor Day weekend so I'd have to live with that nest for 3 whole days. With a curious dog, that wasn't going to work. I gave these folks a call and Tim said he'd be here in an hour. I texted him the address and in 50 minutes he arrived. He suited up, treated the hive, and we stood at a distance watching those angry wasps coming and going as I paid him and we just chatted some, asking questions. Tim was knowledgable, extremely professional, and overall just a really good guy. He gave me some literature about a flat fee treatment they do in spring, and I will likely do that next year, as this is an annual thing for me. Most years I have 2 rounds of this, one hive in front and at least one more in the back. Last year I had 3 rounds of treatment as the wasps apparently liked it here so much that when they were evicted from the front yard they called some friends and they squatted in two places in my backyard.
