Was commissioned to make a spiral staircase for 6,100$ for my friend in January! Paid half upfront and have only received a gate that could've been purchased at Home Depot. On the bill it states the gate was 700$! Where is the rest of her staircase? He isn't answering phone calls or emails. If you know this guy tell him to answer his phone and make this right! She is 77 years old and has cancer she can't be dealing with stuff like this! read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! THIS GUY IS A HACK! NOT RECCOMMENDED! Justin was hired by my good friend back in December of 2019 to fabricate a spiral staircase for the outside of her home in Delray Beach. Justin took $3000 of her money and never delivered the product. Over the past 10 months my friend has called, text & emailed Justin to get her staircase. He does not respond. He has made up tons of excuses why it is not done and not delivered yet!! She has asked for photos or some kind of proof that he had even made the staircase. He had still done nothing. Now my friend who had paid Justin $3,000 for this staircase that he refuses to deliver. Or refund her money! Now it has been 10 months. And NO staircase. Just a big hole in the side of my friends house. And my friend has been battling Pancreatic Cancer. Which I had made Justin aware of months ago and begged him to refund her money! Still nothing!! On the phone he gets irate and refuses to send the money back to my dying friend with very few weeks to live!! This guy is AWEFUL! Do NOT WASTE your money! read more
