The next day, I noticed that the cleaning product they used on the vanity in my master bathroom, took off the coating on the countertop where the cleaner was first put on. I contacted them, and they got back to me fairly quickly, apologizing and stating they would come back to try a polish to restore the finish. They said if that didn't resolve it, they would look into professional options to make it right. That was on 12/16/24. Since then, I have heard nothing, despite numerous attempts to contact them by text & by phone. I completely understand that things happen, so let's focus on how to fix it. But w/ it now being over 3 weeks with them not responding to me, I am very unhappy w/ their customer service. So buyer beware.

The second time he brought a new ice maker. The third time, he said it was the wrong ice maker. At one point, he had the nerve to tell us to defrost our entire refrigerator and freezer for 48 hours, which we declined. He was going to do it manually but then said it wasn't even that. And after all of that, he told us to our face that it could not be repaired and would need to be replaced but then turned around and told Home Shield to send someone else. What an unethical clown. Not to mention, he washed his dirty hands in our kitchen sink without asking, dried his hands on a paper towel and left it on the counter. GROSS!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
