They also are licensed to repair a/c's, and since our problem originated in our ac, their remediation plan included replacing the a/c landing structure as well as cleaning out the a/c parts and ducts after the remediation had finished. Talk about thorough! I signed a contract right away, especially because they only took their cost from the insurance company; they were confident they'd receive it, so there was no cost for myself. I felt so comfortable with the gentleman who came out to our home to inspect our damage, give us a quote, and explain their process. During this time, he went above and beyond to explain things repeatedly, and even to look at my home insurance policy to point out things I didn't know about - such as the living expenses allowed during this time. When I went to contact the gentleman who came out to our house, I could not find his card with his name on it in the folder he had left. The folder just had cards for the other owner. First, they took advantage of the emergency I had in my house and started bringing in machines without my consent. They made me sign on an iPad while lying to me, saying it was just to leave the machines. They didn't want to leave my house and ended up lying to me and charging me for things they never did. Within hours, the same day, Johnny and Pablo came to evaluate the damage. They even helped with leak detection, which typically would be done by a plumber; that was a huge plus. After their evaluation, including thermal imaging to see humidity and water behind inaccessible walls, and tile, they did mold treatment, and they set up fans and equipment that would remove all of the humidity. After a few days of the machines running, all the humidity and mold was removed. They were very professional and friendly. Jon spent hours on the phone with me guiding me on how to deal with insurance and even put me in touch with a phenomenal construction company who provides the same level of white glove service. Given how long fans had to be in my home the staff became family.
