If no cleaning was performed, there should not have been a full charge, especially after being told the inspection would be free. That was never explained as a service or diagnostic fee upfront. On top of that, I've had my air ducts cleaned before, and previously multiple vents were serviced. This time, the technician only addressed one vent, which felt inconsistent and incomplete compared to prior service. Overall, this felt like a bait-and-switch situation.
