all out investigations and security does exactly what the name of the company stands for... look last year i let my 8yr old son go with his grandmother to see he great grandmother who supposedly had stage 4 cancer... to make a long story short my son was snatched from me by the grandmother and his father.... this was the worst nightmare that any mother could experience.... now you would have thought it was easy in order to get him back but the fact that he was in staten island and i'm currently in jacksonville it was harder than what i expected it took a whole year to get my child back and i had to go to court multiple times in order to find my kid. when i got introduced to mr. pat via telephone i gave him my story. not once did he ever cut me off. he was a real deal friend he was sooo down to earth i was able to tell him every detail that i could think of which crazy thing is it wasn't really much because i knew absolutely nothing about my son's father anymore. mr. pat was more than all out investigating mr. pat found my son sent me videos of him walking home from school found the correct address as to where my baby was located. mr. pat didn't even live in staten island area but the fact that he drove that far for me over an hour drive and he i was sitting in jacksonville hadn't even paid this man for his time but yet calling everyday to see if he found something and yet boom he found some and even more than i expected. mr. pat is definitely a man of his words and he will get the job done. i never even showed this man a picture of my child's face.... crazy right but when i was at work one day mr. pat finally sent me multiple pictures and videos. i remember it like it was yesterday i still cry when i watch them.... this is not a joke real deal professional business everyone i have proof of text messages and pictures pleaseeeee support this man's business. i use to think investors were full of you know what but honestly doing this research was the best thing in the world hell i'm thinking about researching on anyone i date in the future lol. Above and Beyond!! I reached out to "All Out Investigations and Security" for a personal matter and Pat, the owner, responded within minutes providing me with not only a very fair process server quote, but some free, creative ways how to obtain additional information that we needed. His advice was golden and we acted upon it. The date we needed to serve by became chaotic and we were behind schedule with getting Pat the information he needed to serve that day. He kept in contact with us all day and drove down last minute to our location- about 40 minutes away at 8 PM to do the job at the original quoted rate he provided a week ago. As a backup, we found 2 other companies who would do the process service for us last minute but they wanted between $600 and $800 based on the last minute notice and the 8 PM time. Not only did Pat serve the individual but he brought along another teammate to capture it on video! He also took some photos for us of the perimeter so we can get some additional intelligence. The video and the photos all were date and time stamped with the exact location and emailed to us to use in court. Other companies would charge an additional fee for this type of work! Overall, Pat is extremely honest and down to earth. He has a ton of experience and his work shows for it! I wouldn't hesitate to use his company again and highly recommend.
