He told me that he will have to rewire one of the cables. When can you do that I asked. Right now he replied. To make a not so long story short I will say that: Our intercom system started working again as if nothing ever happened. We have an ongoing monitoring service which gives us great peace of mind! If a zone goes off, we get an immediate call to make sure everything is okay, and if we do not respond, they will alert the police. Their customer service really cannot be beat! Mike the owner exhibits a great deal of honesty and integrity and is always on top of things to make sure the issue is resolved in a timely manner. Nancy in the office is always very helpful. And when you do have to have a technician come in to do maintenance, the appointment is scheduled promptly, the technicians always come on time and get the issue resolved quickly and correctly!
