The cashier was knowledgable of the product and took me straight to the item I was looking for. Website: 10/10 I was thankful that the KMS Tools website had been up-to-date and that I did not make the trip "for nothing". Pricing: 10/10 The product that I needed was on sale at nearly half the price of the same thing on Amazon.

I visited Acme Fire to get an older CO2 fire extinguisher tank hydroscopically tested, recertified…read moreand filled. They were happy to do this overnight. I'd first called a couple of other places nearer my home -- they were "backed up" and would need 3 weeks or more. Acme were happy to see me, as a walk-in consumer, not a commercial customer (which I'm sure is most of their business). Their tank guy Hormuz, really knows his stuff. I wanted the tank fitted with a siphon tube (so as to draw liquid CO2 from the bottom). The tank I brought in wasn't suitable for that, so Acme sold me a new tank, with a siphon tube installed, filled, for not much more than the cost of the hydroscopic test. I was very impressed.
